The media could not be loaded. This works really good, it clean out all toxins from my body. It's been helping with better blood circulation. The water does take a couple of minutes to warm up but it definitely stays hot and is very relaxing. I do recommend breathing through your nose, especially if it your first time. We moved to away from our gym/steam room. We were missing it terribly. The portable steam sauna brings the steam room to our house. The set up was incredibly easy. It’s hot and spacious. And I don’t have to share it with old sweaty men. Get this product stat!

If the material was thicker, the enclosure would probably become hotter quicker and stay hotter longer. The heat capability is dependent on room temp. If it’s warmer out, it will work better. Colder out, it struggles to warm up and stay warm. Pros: -Easy assembly / disassembly -Easy to operate -Will get you sweaty -Price point -Compact - small foot print Cons: -About 15 min to warm up -Doesn’t get HOT, more of an uncomfortable warm (have not officially tested 130 claim) -Compact - not much space for legs to move if taller -No time over sound, you just notice the steam sound fading off. I use it almost everyday since I purchased. Given that it wasn’t very expensive, and does make it somewhat uncomfortably hot, I give this a favorable 4-star. If I can figure out a way to make it hotter, quicker, then I might change my rating. For now I have only used it at full heat and have had no issue, aside from boredom, remaining in it for 35-40 minutes. ... show more

This steam sauna was everything I wanted in a sauna. The value is great, but the overall portability and size is what drew me. I set it up in my living room initially because I was excited, and then was able to carry it up the stairs into my peloton room with ease. I use it at least 3-4 times a week pending my schedule.
