This comforter is so comfy and so cute! It’s not scratchy but actually very soft crushed velvet and it’s pretty thick too! I did wash it before I used it and had no problems. My cat loves to sleep on my bed and he kneeds in his sleep and you feel where some of the velvet has come off but I just put a blanket over his spot and there has been no issues since! I am very pleased with this comforter and will be purchasing again if needed! Also the pillows have a flap to make them look nice and neat when making the bed. ... show more

I ordered this comforter about 6 months ago and recently one of the tuftings tore (Which was my fault not really the product's). It was a small tear but I valued this comforter a lot and wanted to see if I could get a replacement. They say they offer replacements but I'm never sure if it will actually work. I emailed Jumeey and a day later got a very kind response. A week later after some emailing with photos of the tear, a replacement arrived! It was such an easy process. The comforter itself is soft and plush. I got the green in a full size and it fits perfectly and the color is just like the product photo. It really does get softer with every wash. As a warm sleeper, it is light enough that I don't overheat either, but it is still plush and cozy. If you need a light, cozy, soft comforter, I highly recommend this one. Met ALL of my expectations 100% as we all know, finding the perfect comfort is about as hard as finding the perfect man. Boy I’ve hit the jackpot on BOTH. I’ve bought several just trying to find the right one (comforters, not men). Good quality. Good color. True to color. Our lights are just very dim in our room. It’s a comfy blanket and the color is as described. However, it is nowhere near as thick and fluffy as indicated in the pictures. We tried the water and dryer trick too and it did not help much.
