I don't know where to begin with all the good things about this stationary bike from this company. The bike came in about five days, which is amazing because our deliveries are often late. Before the bike even arrived, the company reached out to me to let me know if I had any questions about how to assemble the bike or any questions about how the bike works to either email or call them and they gave me contact information. There was a link I could view to see exactly how to put the bike together. My son put the bike together and he has put many things together over the years and he said this was the most straight-forward logical assembly he's ever seen. It came will all the tools you need to do the job. It is small enough to fit in a small space in my bedroom and depending on how I feel, it can be changed from a sit on top to a recumbent bike in seconds. It can also fold up if it needs to be stored. I am an older person and have been lucky to have stayed healthy my whole life, but because my knee was starting to give me trouble from walking so much every day, I get on the bike to stretch it out and only need to be on it for 15 minutes or so and the pain is gone. Physical therapists stress the need for stationary bikes for young and old with knee issues and this bike is absolutely perfect for that AND for general exercise and getting your heart rate up. I could go on and on and I don't review things too often, but if you need something like this, you will love this bike. Big enough to use, small enough to fit into my room without taking over the space. It's sturdy, comfortable, effective -- and portable. This bike is everything I was looking for. As a bonus, the support team sent a free padded seat cover after the bike was delivered, just to introduce themselves. I've only used it for a week, but so far, I think the quality, the design, and the engineering are excellent, as is the value. At this time, I give it four stars instead of five only because the readout on the electronics screen is hard to follow, and the instructions for it are not helpful. If that turns out not to be an issue, and if the bike continues to function well, I will change my rating to five. The bike really is very quiet, and the action is smooth. The assembly was relatively easy. There is a slight learning curve relating to the folding action (not entirely easy), but that is a small matter to me. ... show more

I'm sure it's good quality, but as someone just below 6', my legs could never go beyond 100º. Perfect bike I'm sure if you're below 5'8 Customer service was nice enough to give me a 50% refund that I could use to buy an extender for it, but there aren't really any compatible/reliable ones I could find, so I'll be returning it ... show more

This bike is very easy to set up! The whole family has used it and commented on ease of use and benefits. Primarily bought it for a man in his 80s and he enjoys using it and it allows him to workout his full body in a safe manner. I have had this bike for about 4 months. It has now started making a clunk sounds with every pedal rotation on the left side. This is just one part of my exercise rotation so it has not been put thru enough wear to warrant whatever breakdown is causing this noise. Is it still usable? Yes. Does it drive me insane to hear a thunk with each rotation and make me want to avoid using it? Also yes. I will be looking elsewhere for a new one. ... show more
