This is the second one of these I've bought for two different RVs. Both worked great. Yes, it does take a few seconds to get hot, but then it stays at the correct temp you want. If you want a fairly easy install with continuous hot water, this works great and is a fair price.

I'll never own another RV without one of these. Camping with my wife and two daughters meant no warm showers for me. Problem solved. This tankless heater was extremely easy to install, It fit in the existing hole from the old unit. Included directions were easy to follow with no issues. After connecting the wiring, plumbing and gas it worked flawlessly. It doesn't come with the door, but the suggested version was a good fit. I bought the Fogerty hot water system in June. I hate it. I constantly get the E1 code. I can never take a hot shower. I do not have hot water. It doesn’t work. It’s the worst thing I did. I wish I could go back to a tank hot water system, but I cut everything out and replaced it with this one thinking it was the better alternative six months almost and no hot showers. No hot water for dishes. I have to boil my water to bathe and I have to boil my water to do my dishes. I hate it. ... show more

Order was delivered as promised. Came with plenty of instlation screws. Hot water heater seems to work great the only drawback is the antifreeze function seems to be turning on too early. I think fogatti has it set at 45 degrees.

I honestly dont know what I did before getting this. I love my tankless hotwater heater. The only problem is have found is it has a 20 minute safety so if you take a longer one just turn off hot water and back on. Other than that I love it.
