This item fit perfectly on a 2018 Subaru Forester. I wasn’t timing the installation, but it went on without any trouble and in less than 30 minutes. Below 50 mph there is no noise and up to 70 mph there is a bit of wind noise but no whistling. I placed a set of kayak J racks on it and transported a 60 lb kayak 1,540 miles without any issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Very easy inatall with the included 4mm Allen Wrench. Fits just fine on a 2023 Crosstrek, despite Amazon saying they won't fit. They do fit! Nice and sturdy basic crossbars. No change in wind-noise.

Had to take a mitre saw and slim the tool down a bit. It’s a 4mm hex so if you are too incapacitated to modify the tool, buy a cheap set of L shaped hex bits. Fits good and no conplaints

I was pleased when I opened the box and examined these cross bars. It took a little fiddling to get the lengths set correctly, but overall, they installed very easily on my 2023 Crosstrek. Unfortunately, I found that they howled objectionably at speeds over 40 MPH - so much so that I felt compelled to return them.

Exactly what I needed, fits great has plenty room for adjustment just wish I seen the upgraded ones with the metel ends that were on sale. Oh well can't complain they work Exactly as intended👍
