Crush proof fittings my butt. I bought three of the hoses thinking this was my solution. The picture shows very thick and heavy brass/aluminum fittings that would be great if that what you actually recieved... but it's not. What i got, is 300' of hoses that will not hold up to the "farm and ranch" standard specified above. The fittings are very thin (and crushable) brass. The male end is extremely thin, stamped brass that would warp if stepped on. This is 100% false advertising. Don't waist your time, if your looking for a heavy duty hose. ... show more

Got a couple of the 3/4 inch only a few weeks ago. Using them for the ranch to bring water to the ducks. We hoped they would last since they're marketed as a "Farm and ranch hose". Was painting the duck coop yesterday when we heard a loud pop. Sure enough, it was one of the hoses. It may just have been a faulty hose, but we'll return this one and get a different brand. If the other hose lasts, I'll come and update this review. How I rate products: 5 Stars = Love it, and am probably on the phone telling someone to get it. 4 Stars = Did the trick. Still wondering if there might be something better out there. 3 Stars = Neutral. Will likely return and swap for something that works better. 2 Stars = Wouldn't recommend or buy again. Didn’t work for me. 1 Stars = Total waste. Returned or threw away. ... show more
