One band was broken with no pin. And it's not charging at all. I've had it on the charger for an hour. Won't even sync. Reporting this seller to Amazon and BBB.

    • Great mid-level fitness watch
The Fitbit app is one of the best to see your overall numbers. Steps and exercising heart rate are off, but resting heart rate and sleep date are very accurate. The notifications come through just like the more expensive versions. This is not bulky at all. It's a great fitness watch foe the price.

I was so excited to receive this. I ordered a refurb one to try. The design is slimmer than the Fitbit Alta HR. I like the button on the side. It's much easier to use than the Alta.

I switched to this model from the Fitbit Flex earlier this year. I like the increase of available information like my heart rate, and it holds a charge for a while, but the physical mechanics are just a bit worse. Instead of clamping on, the wristband has two tiny metal pins that have to be slotted into the sides, and I broke one of them on my first attempt at assembly. The power plug is another issue. It's quite hard for the Fitbit to detect when it's been plugged in. The solution I've come up with is swiping both the dongle and the back of the Fitbit with rubbing alcohol, and even then it takes a few tries to make a connection. ... show more
