Once I saw all the reviews, I had to check it out and try it out. I refuse to buy more apple storage than I already have, and decided to try out a usb. It’s pretty obvious, but be sure to charge your phone before hand. The usb Memory card will get hot due to all the uploads and same for your phone/device, but it’s normal. I have a lot of pictures and videos, so the upload does take a while trying to upload it all at once. I tried uploading everything at once, and every time your phone locks, the app will stop working, and you’d have to restart the upload again. Make sure to leave your screen lock off. I found it more efficient to upload in small incriminates, because the upload is quicker than trying to upload everything at once. Other than that, very convenient, easy to use, small and compact, and love the product. I’ve recommended this product already to a few friends and they can all agree. Highly recommend!

This is a great tool for backing up iPhone or Android Photos and Video. It is actually very easy to use. The only drawback is why I gave it 4 Stars for the overall rating. In order to connect the device to my iPhone 12 Pro, I had to remove the phone case. I kept trying to connect it and finally realized that it wouldn't fit in the slot because the case was too thick. This is a minor issue really. Otherwise, this handy little photo stick is very easy to use. Please always READ INSTRUCTIONS with any new device... When you connect the device, it will prompt you to download the necessary APP, called LUV SHARE. After you install the app you can continue using the flash drive/photo stick. Follow the instructions and pick 'External Storage', then pick the '+' symbol at the bottom of the screen. It will ask you to pick a library on your phone. Once you've done that, look at the bottom of the screen and click the 'O' on the bottom left. That will select ALL of the photos you have visible on the screen. Then click on DONE at the top right. POOF! All of them will upload to your photo flash drive. That should solve the dilemma that some reviewers have posted where it seemed clunky to transfer photos and such from their phone. Have fun!

Sleek design, and easy to use. I bought one for myself and after using it, I bought another for my father. You do need to download an app to use this product but it’s free and simple to use. Just select the photos you want, you can access all your photo folders if you just want your favorites, and select where you’d like them to go. It takes a little while if you’re like me and download hundreds of photos at a time, about 30 mins, and then plug into a pc or wherever you’d like to move those photos. After an equal amount of time later you’re done. Recommended.

Affordable, but not for storing mass amount of photos/videos. My phone overheats after a certain time & once it does, the flash drive would freeze & you’ll have to start all over again. UnfortunateLy, I gave up trying to transfer my photos from my phone to the drive after trying multiple times. But instead of returning it, I might just keep it to store business documents. Think it will do well with just that. So even tho it doesn’t work for what I initially purchased it for, I’m repurposing it for document storage. Lol. I’d say for the price, it’s not a complete loss but if you’re looking to transfer a lot of photos/videos, it may or may not work. Other reviews have stated success, so maybe it’s just the one I have.

So excited to get this and free up space on my phone. As soon as I opened the packaging I only had to skim the directions and within 5 minutes I had all my videos(and there are a lot of them) backed up. Directions were simple to follow—I probably would not have figured out how to do it without the directions but once the app was downloaded it was a quick process. I am so happy with this product that I purchased another one for my mother in law for Christmas!!!

Loading the app was straight forward on Apple XR. I had to take off the phone cover. Instructions are ok not very clear on copying to the LUV drive. I got a couple of error messages while copying photos. Had to disconnect the LUV drive and connect it again. You have to know a little bit about working with computers. Not for a novice person.

I have a lot of uploading to do between different platforms and connections so decided to give this one a try. I have used others in the past that just didn’t live up to the recommendations, nor function as expected. I had very high hopes for this product and I was not disappointed. The different connectors made it so easy to transfer between different platforms quite smoothly. It was all very seamless: Apple to Android, Apple to Apple (different connectors), Android to Apple, everything to PC. I suggest reading the directions and not assuming you know how this functions. It only takes a couple of minutes to familiarize yourself with the directions. I highly recommend this product, and will certainly purchase again if I should need another.

I really loved this flashdrive when I ordered it. However after receiving it, I realized that it was not compatible with my device. I was very disappointed and ultimately had to return it.
