I am begging you not to buy these. The black coating flakes off so easily, letting the copper color show through. I absolutely can’t use these for the jewelry I make and sell and had to return them. They’re just bad quality.

I wanted to like these jump rings, but they arrived already sealed closed, which means you have to force them open to use them. Unfortunately, this weakens their structural integrity and can cause the paint to chip or wear off. They also aren't very thick, so they don't feel especially sturdy right out of the package. I originally purchased these for keychains I sell, but after seeing how much stress the rings would endure during assembly and everyday use, I decided to set them aside for lighter, personal projects that won’t be handled as much. I don’t believe they would hold up well under frequent use or rough conditions. They may work fine for decorative or low-impact crafts, but if you need something more durable and reliable, especially for items like keychains or wearable jewelry, you might want to look elsewhere.
