We recently purchased 3 umbrellas for the patio tables and lounge sets we have in the backyard. This was the first one we bought, however, this is easily the best one. We purchased different sizes and brands and this one stands out bc it is very sturdy and well made. It includes a small ring light that the others don't have and emits a warm LED light which adds to the overall vibe of our outdoor scene. In addition, there are 40 LED lights, others only have 32 LED lights. It also has added ventilation on the top which keeps us cool on warm days and the color of the umbrella is rich and vibrant. I returned one of the umbrellas that we purchased (note to all patio umbrella buyers, keep your box in case you don't like it bc it's really hard to find a replacement box for a return) and will purchase another one of the Flame&Shade brand patio umbrellas. ... show more

This two-tier patio umbrella is beautiful, functional and looks amazing. There's a light switch that turns on the pole light, or the umbrella spine lights separately. Separately. The charging unit on top of the umbrella works from day one and the material is sturdy. Truly a great purchase!

So this was the second and third umbrella I purchased from Amazon. The first umbrella, of a different brand, didn't tilt and upon reordering, they didn't have the teal color so I ended up purchasing this one. I was very excited when it arrived. Upon opening I found that the solar panel that attaches to the top of the umbrella was not in the box. I had to return an umbrella yet again. Customer service was great and they sent me out a replacement. It was delivered timely and all the parts were included. If purchasing an umbrella, I suggest you open it immediately and make sure all the parts are included and all the functions are in working order. This is a very well made umbrella, and the solar lights add a special touch for the evening. The center light is strong enough to be able to read. Just perfect for summer evenings. Fabric is attractive; has a soft sheen to it. Overall, super pleased with this.

First let me say the umbrella is very nice,easy to assemble and look great. .i have a little problem as 1 of the LED light bars was not functioning. I contacted customer service and they got right back to me the same day. They asked for more details Which I Supplied.. I suggested they send a new umbrella and I would return the defective one. They responded very quickly that they would send out a replacement and that I should keep the old one for parts if needed. I received the replacement within a few days. Overall I could not have asked for a better customer experience and would recommend doing Buisness with Flame and Shade to anyone.. ... show more

LOVE this umbrella. Sturdy. Excellent quality. Easy three-step assembly (literally 5 minutes). Great features/extras — especially the top vent (rarely need to take down during normal wind/breeze) and the solar lighting gives off a beautiful warm glow at night !!
