Gym machine arrived one day earlier than expected. Machine was well boxed with no damage found. The installation instructions were easy to follow with very good details. All the parts fit well and operated correctly. I have been a mechanic for 50 years and had no assembly problems. There are a lot of pieces, and it took me about 4 hours to unbox, inspect and assemble the machine. I found the quality very good for a home gym. Looking forward to starting workouts.

For the price, I'm very happy with the equipment so I would give it 5 stars. However the customer service and support is a zero. So overall I rated it a 3. I was missing one of the bushings for assembly. I still haven't been able to get in touch with anyone.

The quality is very nice. Thick steel, the welds are disgusting. The instruction book definitely doesn’t hold your hand. I would recommend getting a ratchet and 17mm and 19mm sockets, the wrench provided is atrocious and with the ratchet you will save yourself at-least 10 hours putting it together. It’s a weight machine so the boxes that are delivered are very heavy. Will update after a few months of use. Update 3/27/26 if you are a tall person (I am 6’ tall) there is only so much you can do with this machine. The overhead workouts have the bar smacking me in the forehead before I even reach them and the leg curl bars sit above my ankle quite a bit.

Broken parts upon arrival, (the pulleys are important yet they are mostly broken), catches and grabs, with every pull, no smooth linear movements. I would return if I could but that is how they get you. You put it all together and they want you to disassemble it to return... who in their right mind is going to do that. complete scam

I ordered the 160lbs version, though I was sent the 122.5lbs version... Amazon made it right and gave me a partial refund since I had assembled it before I realized the weight difference. But the quality and value of this set-up is great! it's like having a gym in my home and it's much easier than trying to have the motivation to get up and drive to the gym.
