  • Normal time with 12 and 24 hours in hours and minutes. Count down/up in minutes and seconds. Interval mode in minutes and seconds; Stopwatch counts up to 99 minutes, 59 seconds and hundredths of seconds.
  • Pre-programmed interval timer- This timer comes preprogrammed timer settings. Tabata button: store 20seconds work time and 10seconds rest time, Repeat 8 times; FGB1 : Store 5 minutes train time, 1 minute rest time, repeat 5 rounds; FGB2 button: Store 5 minutes workout time, 1 minute rest time, repeat 3 time.
  • Customizable interval timer- you can program and store your workouts with the amount of work time versus rest time with numbers of rounds. It also can do a lot of HIIT training and so it helps to program 1 min on/1 min off workouts. Beep every interval time and ability to set 10 seconds prepare time.
  • Visible timer to everyone- Crystal clear LED and high contrast display allows you to see the bright LED numbers from all corners of your gym or home. The numbers are brightly displayed and the alarm is loud enough to hear but not too loud

I’ve had this thing for several months, and have used it for too many workouts to count. It is easy to see and everything functions quite well including the remote. The only thing that I regret is taking so long to finally purchase one. Rocksolid investment in my health. It makes everything easy to track from a time perspective. I’m glad I bought it. The size of the unit and the digits (numbers and letters) on the clock were right for me in my home exercise room. The loudness of the beeper worked for me over the sound of my elliptical, spin bike, and fans. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that it lacked a "kickstand" that I could use to prop it up at an angle. I just stand it up and it works fine that way but a kickstand would have been a nice addition. The remote works fine, though some of the buttons are not functional for this unit. They only work with a more expensive unit. This one has all the functionality I need. I've only used the "tabata" button so far and have not created my own HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) timing programs yet. To sum it up, all good so far. ... show more

This gets the job done at a very reasonable price. Takes a few minutes to learn and I found a video online which made it easier to use. May not have every function you want, but it was also only 50$ or whatever I paid
