It adds more water pressure with a wide range of settings that I love. I also like that the turn off valve is on the shower head itself. My husband and I do like the showerhead and the pressure is pretty decent. We both tend to suffer from dry hair due to where we live, but having this filter seems to help tremendously. I think the only cons would be for the fact that you can’t replace the beads, you would have to replace the whole showerhead. Even though it is a decent price, it would be nice if the handheld part allowed you to just buy the bead separately so you didn’t have to buy a whole new showerhead. This is also the second one we’ve bought, and it was realized that after about six months, the hard water started coming back through the filter so we have to replace every six months instead of every year. ... show more
