As someone who’s both works at a desk all day, then comes home and sits at a desk for my hobbies, this was a game changer. I had a standing desk I could only use for a couple hours a day before getting too tired, but with this I can stand all day easily! I had other standing boards, that were more mobile, but were hard surfaces, and I still could only stand a few hours a day. With this I got rid of my desk chair altogether! Great product so far, but smelled HEAVILY of gasoline after taking it out of the packaging. It took several days to dissipate. It does make "standing" at my standing desk a lot easier. I don't like standing still for long periods as it tends to hurt after awhile. The balance board definitely makes it easier to stand for longer periods of time with the slight rocking motion. 3.5 stars...would rate it higher but for the strong smell that left me with a headache for 3 days. I would suggest to any future buyers to open in a garage or outdoors and leave it there for 3 or 4 days to let the smell dissipate before bringing into your office.

You can use it right out of the box. Comes with resistance bands, but I doubt I will use them. Works well with my standing desk. I have been struggling with some calf/ankle/foot issues since the beginning of the pandemic. Hoping that getting a little extra movement in during my workday. I'm a very fidgety person and find the ability to rock back and forth really comforting. Keeps my knees from getting locked, and the foot massaging pad is quite pleasant. This is good-enough quality. I saw some reviews that complained about it falling apart quickly, but I figure this is a great price point to try it out and see if it enhances the standing desk experience. My only regret is that it went on sale right after I bought it, and even though I'm short (5'3), I wish I had gotten the large. I like standing with a wide stance sometimes, and the medium just allows me to get my feet shoulder-width apart.

Working at a desk all day definitely has its tolls. I bought this with the Fezibo standing desk and have used them together for about 2 weeks in my home office. The combination has really helped my back pain, more so than a tilting chair. The mat is nice and heavy and I love the massaging knobs and ability to rock, which helps my stiff hips. I also use it to stretch my calves by putting my heels off and pressing against the balls of my feet. Highly recommend if you use a standing desk.

Even sturdier and heaftier than I expected! Great for switching between sitting and standing for my at home job - I can feel my core working and it gives my bad knees a break from being bent while sitting. The little nubs feel good on my feet, like a foot massage. Also was pleasantly surprised at the workout accessories - am definitely excited to try some of those out! Overall, very versatile.

I like this for standing. I think it’s good upside down and the way as advertised. I flip it back and forth and I stand on it for about 3 hours a day while working. I love working on this and sometimes I listen to music and sway on it while working and it keeps me grounded and helps me stay mindful during the day. If you’re trying to be mindful and present and remaining with good posture and have good habits and health I would recommend this product to you. If you’re trying to be better and increase your character and life I’d recommend this to you.

Update to "Six Months Later" update! Fezibo is a fantastic company to work with! They saw my review and the pictures of the chipping rubber coating and have voluntarily provided a new one for me!!! Thank you, Fezibo! I will definitely check out other items you all carry! --------------------------------------- Six Months Later: Although I have enjoyed this balance board, unfortunately I am experiencing some of the quality issues with the rubber portion on which you stand. One of the short edges is "chipping" off badly only to find little pieces of black rubber all over the floor. Additionally, along one of the long sides, the rubber topping had started pulling away from the wood and unknowingly a portion had torn, so I glued it back today. I see that now this same item is selling for $20 less than the $69.99 I paid in May 2019! How many others are having this same issue with the rubber portion coming apart? ------------------------------------------- I have been using a standing desk for 2 1/2 years and I do not sit at all anymore! I used to sit down for lunch but actually have put my chair in the corner of my office and just continue to work right through and eat my lunch standing! Prior to about a month ago when I purchased this Fezibo stability balance board, I was on a stationary anti-fatigue mat that was rather pricey. Granted it felt good as long as I took off my shoes to stand on it, otherwise my shoes were tearing it apart. I can't knock it as I did come to standing because of it! My back no longer hurts at the end of the day. Now that I have this Fezibo board, I LOVE LOVE standing and rocking back and forth as I work. I am a high energy person so this fits into my days perfectly. For this board, though, I do need to be either bare-footed (or socks) because I do not want to tear it up and the rocking motion with heeled shoes may not be so ergonomically smart. It's fun to bend slightly at the knees and press from side-to-side...picture skiing down a mountain and that motion you use with your knees! If standing stationary on the mat has done wonders over the last two years for me, I look forward to the next two years with this balance board! Thank you Amazon and Fezibo for a great product!!!

I was too tall to use it for its necessary purpose so I kept wanting to return it but every time I kept just messing around with it, 360 around etc(i do not recommend for safety reasons) before id package it and I just love it.. The absolute perfect thing to have if you have a hard time paying attention .. lowkey mad i spent so much money on it but every time I try to return it it justifies why I bought it! Absolutely worth it.
