The chair is cheaply made and reeks of chemicals. Parts for the leg rest are missing, and so are some bolts. The Alan wrench provided barely made it putting this chair together. The bolts that came with this chair are horrendous. Three of them stripped trying to assemble the chair and one came completely deformed. Pick a different chair than this one. **UPDATE** I also tried to take apart the chair so I can return it but the bolts stripped so now I can not fit this back in the box to return it. I hate this chair, it was hard to put together and then after we put it together one arm rest is just permanently wobbly like we've tightened it as much as we can and it's not missing anything but for some reason the left side is forever wobbly. Another thing is the chair is loud like once you sit on it, it makes creaking noises and if you swivel around in it, it squeeks. My husband is a big man but I'm not that big and my son weighs 40 pounds it still squeeks and creaks with me or my son sitting in it and it's super annoying bcuz sometimes it wakes up our son in the next room if he's sleeping. ... show more

Absolutely awful, Do Not Purchase. Arms are not adjustable, coupled with the contoured "wings" on the seat it makes for a very uncomfortable gaming session. The "wings" are not padded as one would assume, they are thin aluminum rods with pleather stretched over them. We thought maybe it would be better to remove the arms then. First time my kid leaned over to pick up something she dropped, the "wing" snapped and now hangs there lifeless like a wounded bird. chh my computer if I'm sitting at the desk. I can use it in my recliner with the laptop but that's about it. The padding is so firm on the seat that my bum was numb after just a few hours (I tried using it as a desk chair to WAH). The recliner handle it's impossible to reach with it getting out of the chair first. I've put together A LOT of furniture in my life but this one doesn't want to stay out together. I've had it for about 4 days now, I've had to flip it and tighten ALL the bolts each day because it gets so wiggly with just normal use... This will be in my dumpster within another week I'm sure. ... show more

The holes are not even when attaching the base to the seat backing. The metal was not sanded down and cut my finger on the peice H so be careful. Directions were easy but a lot of the holes don't line up/ would not tighten. I weigh around 250 and the chair would not be comfortable if I was any bigger. Easy to assemble It's a good starter gaming chair but for less than 200 you could get a quality $400 chair. ... show more

Have had this chair for a little over a year. I have had to re-tighten all the screws a couple times, no big deal. I purchased additional arm rest padding as the hard pads were rough on my arms. The pneumatic lift failed after 6 months. The padding could be a little thicker on the seat as well. A nice looking chair, but overall some design flaws. ... show more

I bought this product in May of Last year, at first it was nice, how ever the metal bit that attached the back of the chair to the seat does not hold up. I work from home allot due to current events and the metal bit just bends and bends to the point it's not staying up straight. Where you screw it into the bas the metal is cracked/cracking and i ended up having to jerry rig support with rope and duct tape jus to have some kind of support without laying flat or the chair loosing balance and falling over. I've got back issues and i need the support, at first it worked well but for not even having it a full year and it breaking on me... It's a bad buy for anyone wanting a good chair for long term use.... you would be buying like two of these a year just to maintain comfort. ... show more
