The media could not be loaded. One the hinges catches at times not allowing in to fully open. I contacted seller about replacement hing. Will update on responses . It is deep two one lt bottle s deep examples in pictures. I set it at 19 degrees and 4 hrs later it is at 23 degrees,as expected in a warm room. It came very well packaged! No dents or scratches! The top is smooth and the side textured. It was easy for me ( 65 yr old woman) to bring in from porch without any help. It fits perfect where I placed in larger pantry. If I can get hinge replaced ,so far it is better than expected. Update: the freezer is getting very cold and the temperature on the front is accurate compared to the thermometer I put inside. The seller got back with me right away and is sending me a hinge to replace the one that’s catching great customer service.! ... show more

    • manufacturers protective film needs help

WTF!!! the manufacturers protective film was applied before assembly and the overlapping pieces were impossible to get off without actually disassembling it, which i did consider. not to mention it pulled off every single sticker including the manufacturer’s name, took like 2 hours with a fine utility knife cutting very carefully around hinges, trim strips and overlapping panels. some engineer is laughing their butt off right now reading this review and they can kiss my butt! i give it one star for the fact that it arrived un-dented, other than a quarter size dent in the lid which isn’t too noticeable, if it’s still working 3 months from now i will rewrite my review….. hoping the hinges hold up but i see myself replacing them in the future ... show more

Nice little freezer, attractive and quiet. It sits unobtrusively in a hall corner near the kitchen. We were in the process of getting an ice maker, but the reviews said they were noisy and took up too much counter space. For just a bit more money, we bought this freezer instead. I really wanted this little freezer before realizing that a digital thermostat designed to maintain a constant temperature will turn the compressor on and off frequently, so I was concerned for the longevity and efficiency. However it would be perfect for laboratory application, where monitored and consistent temperature is quintessential, and if you are using it as a refrigerator, it might not even be a problem because it is insulated for freezing. The seller accepted my return and I was surprised to find they even paid for the shipping, full refund. So if that's the expense they'll spare for the sake of customer service, there's no reason to doubt they put the necessary effort into this product itself. ... show more
