This fan looks nice when it's finally installed and works well. The remote is convenient. I was under the impression with the description saying FLUSH MOUNT that it could be mounted flush, but that is not an option with this fan. Also we were missing a screw to attach one of the fan blades and the horn hood was missing. We already had everything torn apart and didn't want to pack it up and wait for another to be sent so we just went ahead and put it up (luckily we had another screw from an old fan). It's in my son's room so he's not worried so much about the hood covering it, but it would've been nice to have it. It blows well for him though. ... show more

We put this in our covered tiny front entry. We use dawn to dusk yellow bug lights to keep mosquito at bay. The timer for the fan keeps the bugs from joining us for a bloody meal. love it. Just the right size for our tiny entry.

The light function stopped working in 6 months. Besides that the fan looks great and quiet. I would love to give it 5 stars but the light part is the part I really need so it’s essentially worthless after only 6 months.
