I JUST got this yesterday but I’m already head over heals in love with this vacuum. We’ve had a corded vacuum in our place for quite some time bc I thought those cordless dyson-type vacuums would be way too expensive for us. HOWEVER, after a flop handheld vacuum experience I found this gem. I thought no way can this cheap-ish vacuum handle our cat's horrendous shedding and litter scattering problem. But the vacuum could handle it and MORE. When it arrived it was so easy to put together. I love that you can make it a mini vacuum. I can use it to vacuum my cat’s cat tree and the sofa. The vacuum works for our kitchen and it’s really easy to empty the trash compartment. I didn’t even charge it out the box and it worked perfectly fine. It is small but mighty (chunky cat to scale in picture). I am so happy with this vacuum. And if it breaks I WILL buy it again. I normally hate vacuuming but this one I can tell will make it significantly less painful. Life changing. ----------- UPDATE (3 months later): I almost gave up on this guy. After a few months it started to get significantly weaker. It was no longer suctioning anything (no debris in the trash compartment). I cleaned the filter and brush section, to no avail. HOWEVER, I refused to give up hope and I took apart the vacuum a little more. It turned out there was cat fur and litter/trash stuck in the tube area in the bottom section. Which makes sense because the vacuum worked just fine when we used the tiny vacuum heads. I detached the bottom part and tried to dig all the fur out. It's really narrow so it makes sense that it gets stuck. I had to use two skewer sticks as chopsticks to push and grab out the fur balls. I've now realized that it will get clogged a bit even after ONE use - so my roomies and I will try to add cleaning the bottom part to the post-vacuum routine. Despite these extra steps, I am so glad that the vacuum itself was not malfunctioning. Still life changing. Still worth it. Mystery solved.

The media could not be loaded. After reading MANY positive reviews, I decided to purchase the Fabuletta cordless vacuum bundle that includes an extra battery. The price was approximately $160. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and the Fabuletta is being returned today. I did not expect it would have the suction power of a corded vacuum or even that of the name brand cordless vacuums. I did expect it handle the few tasks I had in mind, without issue. I thought it would be a great solution for daily clean ups around our bird’s cage and for vacuuming the kitchen which is a high traffic area of our home. Keep in mind: * our corded vacuum picks up everything without issue and even our handheld Dustbuster works well for a quick cleanups. * This is a daily cleanup. There is nothing embedded in the rug and this should not be a difficult task for ANY vacuum. In our kitchen we have two very thin, dark blue rugs. Unfortunately, they show every little piece of lint or crumb that may be on them so we vacuum them daily. I thought that a basic, affordable cordless vac would easily do the job. I received the Fabuletta vacuum late in the afternoon and charged the battery overnight to ensure it was fully charged. I attempted to vacuum the kitchen rugs first and anticipated it may take a few extra passes, and a few extra minutes due to it having less suction than a corded vac. After going over them REPEATEDLY it was about 50% successful. Out of frustration, I ended up pulling out the corded vacuum to finish the job. My mom thought it could be an issue with the battery & it was not getting enough power to operate effectively. The second battery was shipped separately so we waited for it to arrive. When we received the second battery, I fully charged it and was going to give it a second chance. On the vacuum there is a clearly marked battery “release” button. Just push, release and switch batteries. Super easy process, right? WRONG! When I attempted to push the release button, it would not budge. I was thinking to myself… “This vacuum is going back. If you need this much strength in your hands/fingers to change batteries, my mom will NEVER be able to do it”. Using my thumb and my other hand to add additional pressure, I tried pushing again. This time, the button pushed in and became lodged. The battery WILL NOT come off and the button is stuck inside the release mechanism. This is shown in the video. There are many positive reviews & videos. It was the positive reviews and videos that made me decide to make my purchase. With so many happy customers, it is possible that I simply received a defective vacuum. However, my personal experience left me feeling that this is a cheaply made and poor performing product. Rather than request a replacement, I chose, without hesitation to return it for a full refund. If it performed as advertised and as well as other customers have stated in their reviews, I would consider the price point as reasonable. Unfortunately, my experience was completely opposite and was nothing less than frustrating and disappointing.

After a good amount of research into cordless vacuums, I selected the Fabuletta 25Kpa cordless vacuum cleaner earlier this year. The reason I choose this brand and model number was: - The powerful 250 W motor providing ample suction power + “boost” speed switch - 25.9V/22mAh battery giving me 35 minutes non-stop vacuum time at normal speed. - Light weight at 5.5 lbs - Washable HEPA filter with mesh cover + An extra HEPA filter - Numerous attachments/accessories for carpet, floor and small nooks - Replacement battery The vacuum was/is excellent and got used daily for a 30 min run. The canister had plenty of space and the best part was easy cleaning and washing of the HEPA filter. I liked the replacement battery which allowed me to run longer by having a 2nd battery. However, after 4 months of continuous use, the attachment to the main unit broke which made the entire vacuum unusable. That is when I reached out to [email protected], and Cassie stepped in to help. A couple of emails back & forth, sent pics of broken part and they replaced the broken unit with a brand new one in 3 days. Now that’s just amazing customer service. But beyond a great customer experience this is a solid product given the functions and features you’re getting.
