The outside rubber surface arrives a little sticky, so it doesn't slide through grass quite as easily. However, that will likely go away with more use. My only issue is the fact the hoses sticky. When unboxing the hose it was very difficult to get it straightened out in a knotted because the surface is not smooth. I've only been using it for a few days and it seems to be getting better now however, I didn't like it at first and almost wanted to return it because of how frustrated I was trying to get it unknotted. ... show more
