The set up was okay! It took about 2 hours because of the seat! I started using it immediately. I started using it slowly but increased the intensity, and I started feeling the burn and feeling achieved while using this machine in my room and getting an exercise at home. It's easy to move around the house, so I can bring it in any room, but I prefer to have it in my bedroom so that is more convenient to get my cardio in versus just laying down. ... show more

My kid has knee surgery and part of rehabilitation that is required to have this stationary bike. The bike has quite riding ,stability,difficulty knob and sturdy structure .it is easy to move all around of home.
