Bought this indoor bike over 2 months ago. Very sturdy and feel safe to ride. It has a knob to adjust restriction to mimic the way you feel on the road. The seat and handle are adjustable. A small screen tells you how much calorie being burned... After riding on it for 2 months, I would say it is quiet and sturdy and safe and I am satisfied with its quality. It got full instruction to put everything together. Quite straightforward. Also the thread for the pedals on left is different for the right. One clockwise, and the other is counter clockwise.
