The media could not be loaded. Chair seems well built. It's not as big or comfortable as I thought it would be. I could live with it except for the cheap casters. Pushing it forward, backward, left or right, the base spins counter clockwise. The casters don't like going in another directions which makes it a pain to maneuver. Half hour after assembling I was back on Amazon spending $20 for a new set of casters for it. They'll be here tomorrow. I have included a video. ... show more

good quality materials; comfortable seat. that's the pro. the cons: had to hammer the casters in; would like to replace with better ones, but probably can't. the chair is difficult to move around on a hardwood floor. difficult to lean back even with minimum tension setting.

Doesn't recline, no matter how you adjust. 2 months after purchase, seat will not stay in position. It will suddenly drop while I am sitting in it which means the height is not corrct for my legs or the desk I am at. Not as comfortable as I hoped.

    • This chair is awful. Poor Quality components. Won't stay at the preferred height.

Made for "big and tall" and wont stay up if even if your not big and tall. Keeps dropping, tilted. hate it. so angry poor quality in the components. The leather is nice though. I bought this because I have a high desk and need it to stay high up. IT WONT. Starts dropping the minute I sit down.
