The hutch looks exactly as pictured. Bottom tray binds when trying to remove and catches on the chicken wire. Part of the wood on back left caught and peeled off first time removing. Definitely not solid lumber.

Have an impact or something to help build this. It comes with a screwdriver but it doesn’t really fit the screws. The roof was a bit warped but hopefully that won’t be too much of an issue. My rabbit seems to like it.

The material is all strong wood. To put together was easy, as long you follow the instructions. It's a little smaller then I wanted but my rabbit seems happy so no complaints. Now the true test is to see how it fairs in the rain. I will give an update soon on that.

This product came with most parts assembled. It took us 2 hours from start to finish but the finished product looks amazing!!! For the money, and a short term, its perfect for our pet silkies.
