This is a fantastic product. I bought it to replace an older steam mop and a "professional" steam cleaning tool. This machine does it all and the learning curve is minimal. I was quickly able to clean grout on the bathroom as well as sanitize the floors. The floors dried in 1-2 minutes and the grout came away clean after 2-3 passes. The Euroflex Vapour M4S Hybrid Steam Mop and Multi Purpose Steam Cleaner Is amazing! Quick to heat up and ready to use with in minutes. The high heat out put directly from the steam tank to the floor makes cleaning the floors effortless with massive cleaning power. I’ve used a Mccolloch steam mop for years, and making the switch was worth every penny. I’ve lived in our current house a year, cleaning with the old steamer, to find out after the first use on the Euroflex how dirty the floors have been the last year! I have a combination of high gloss ceramic tile and Vinyl flooring, both sets of flooring looked and FELT better then new. The extra attachments are amazing, i used the smaller head with the bristles and the pad to clean behind my fridge on the coolant foils and it was night and day how easy it was to clean with. My only complaint is that i need more of the cleaning pads! Excellent product! I will be highly recommending to any Family and friends. ... show more

    • Cleans floors exceptionally well with very little water residue
We purchased this product last week. It arrived on time and with no damage. Our goals were to find a product that would clean ceramic floor tiles, windows and oven racks. The product was extremely easy to assemble. The water tank heats cold water quickly and alerts you by a green light when it is ready to use. My initial tasks were to remove built-up soap scum on our shower floor, mop part of our large ceramic tile floor and strive to clean our oven racks. Cleaning our ceramic floor was straightforward, easy and highly effective. The floor were visibly cleaner. More so, they felt cleaner. That's a win. Next I tackled the soap scum under the shower head and the remaining tile in our shower. Again, the product worked extremely well. I did cover the area under the shower head a few times. Months of build up need to be defeated. Success again! Lastly I used the product on our oven rakes. I have struggled with removing caked on grease and oil for weeks. There is no doubt that the product removed much but not all of the grime. I believe that used more frequently, this product will be highly effective. We have not yet used the product on our windows. We are having some landscaping work done. However, I know that from a neighbor that the product will produce highly clean windows without streaks. It also seems that their windows remain clean longer which I attribute to a highly effective initial clean, the absence of chemical residue and the elimination of streaking all of which capture dust and grime. All in all this has been a great purchase and I recommend it for these and other uses. ... show more

    • Will Burn The Hell Out Of Your Hand
First off for a few months it worked great... With that said...good luck at getting any customer support! They Suck! Second... I have had my unit now for 5 months and it started shooting hot steam up and out through the handle... It burned me so bad I have to seek medical attention... Would be great if I could actually speak with someone to get this replaced...or a full refund... ... show more

    • Decent steamer, easy to set up and use
My previous steamer used a bottle of hard floor cleaning solution (over multiple cleanings, not all at once) and left the floor very wet. Replacement bottles were discontinued, making the steamer obsolete. When looking for new steamers, I considered the M2R and the M4S. I settled on the M4S because of the additional attachments, one of them being a grout brush. The steamer was pretty easy to set up; take your time and follow the instructions. As you put it together, you will become familiar with the parts. After you're done assembling it, take the time - without actually using it - to familiarize yourself with the controls. It took me a few minutes to figure out how the buttons worked. There's only two of them so it's really easy to use. One button applies steam to the bottom (through the pad), and it can be locked to stay on (a full tank is supposed to last about 20 minutes; I have not had to put this to the test). The other button sends steam out to the front. This one can't be locked, but it shouldn't be necessary to use it continuously; all the cleaning action takes place underneath. My first use was cleaning a few spots on the carpet using the carpet pad and glider. When I filled the tank, a little bit of water (maybe about a teaspoon) spilled out before the bottle stopped draining (this also occurs on subsequent refills). I pre-treated the spots before running the steamer over them. It did a great job of removing them. I have also used the steamer twice on the kitchen tile floor. It does not leave the floor wet like my old steamer and dries very quickly. But the pad did stick to the steamer very tightly. The second time, the tab tore off of the pad while trying to remove the pad. I even had some difficulty removing it by hand. The steamer did a great job on the floor both times. There was one spot the second time that it would not get rid of, so a little hand labor was needed to remove it. I have not used it enough to experience the pad rolling under, as some other reviews have stated. I like that a cleaning solution isn't needed. I like the assortment of attachments. I will make use of the grout brush in the future. I like that the pads are machine washable. I also like that it can be used as a portable steam cleaner. It comes with a bag that all the attachments and a few pads are kept in. Tip: you can also keep the manual in the bag so it will be available whenever you need to look up how to use an attachment. One star off for the small spillage of water and the tab tearing off. But, overall, I am impressed with the M4S. Some people may find it to be a little pricey, but you do get a number of items and features with it. It is worth the cost to me and I would recommend it. ... show more

This is the best steamer on the market. Not only does it look like a high end quality machine but I cleans great! The reservoir is large enough to do a large volume of floors before it runs out of water. Had a small issue and reached out to their customer service and they were responsive and went out of the way to fix the problem properly. I was so impressed. I bought a second machine. ... show more
