We’re very happy with the product itself! The ladder looks good and is sturdy, and the included shoe holder is helpful. That said, it took me 45 minutes to screw it together as some of the holes didn’t line up perfectly. I have extensive experience (successfully) putting together furniture, etc., but this caused me to want to say words that weren’t very kid friendly. Steps work but the plastic part you step on give a little that make you wonder. Child (50#) even would like a different set but this has worked this season without breaking. Wish it was all metal.

    • Just what I needed
I'm very happy with my purchase, item was as described. My 7 year old (and 15 month old, be watchful) have no issues getting up the ladder. I really like that we have a place for shoes now so we can keep them off the ground.
