Easy set up. Cold water is very cold! No ice needed. Hot is very hot too. Great for hot beverages. Simple to use. Water flows out with a nice steady stream, not fast and not slow. Not a fan. We’ve had this dispenser for over a month and have noticed several items we don’t like. It’s very loud when the reservoir is refilling. Also, when the bottle is empty, it beeps for a very long period of time. To the point that I often unplug it because there is no way to turn it off. The most annoying - THERE IS NO LIGHT. So when refilling it’s so difficult to see when you’ve reached the top of your water bottle. Lastly, the cold water doesn’t actually get very cold. It’s maybe a couple degrees cooler than room temp. My advice - buy a different one, scroll past this one.

This Bottom Loading Water Cooler Dispenser is perfect for us. We have a ceramic water dispenser which required that we lift a 5 gallon water bottle on to it. As time has gone one, we find that it now takes 2 of us to left that 5 gallon bottle and those bottles can be pretty heavy. The bottom loading cooler has been a life saver. I strongly recommend this cooler especially if you like your water cold and if you're a Senior Citizen.
