Alright so, read that the beeping was bad. Its like. 60 seconds, and the only thing wrong is the tone. After 60 sec it just blinks. I had gone through a few bottles before i got to this point. It works phenomenally and after a few months of use is still holding up great with cold water! Would recommend

Fairly quite, works very well. I turn the hot water option off to prevent it running to heat water. If I need hot water I just turn it back on about 20 minutes before I need it.

Better than buying filters that burn out within a week. The cold is cold and the hot is soso. The red light will turn on which is indicating the the reservoir filling back up. It's doesn't mean it's broken. I hate using plastic bottles so this was a great replacement

I definitely like this cooler more than our previous one that was top loading. However, I wish you could fit a 40oz Brumate, Stanley, or Simple Modern tumbler on the little ledge. It would make filling your cup so much easier if you didn’t have to hold it at a weird angle. It is also very loud when refilling itself from the water jug and beeps repeatedly for a few minutes when you completely run out of water. I do also wish it held more water in the cooler because it seems to be pulling from the jug constantly. On the other hand, it keeps water very cold. The hot water is hot enough for tea and heats up almost instantly. I like how large the buttons are on top of the cooler. It makes it easy to use. It is a decent value for the money. Especially since it functions very well consistently.
