Ok here goes. It's exactly as described. It comes in 2 boxes. It's very heavy so make sure you have team lift or some kind of dolly to move to desired location. It's packaged very well and so easy to assemble. The frame clicks in. We heard to be careful with the chicken wire because they gave just enough. We found this to be incorrect as we had quite a it left over and we covered it completely with edges having overlapped double wire. If I ever need another run I will buy this one again. Now we buried the legs because we are using this for chickeñsand there is a decent gap from the bottom of the frame to the leg base. After that we dug down around it burying wire for preditor protection and then concreting a 6 inch border around the outside of the cage. That also gave a lot of security to weather issues like high wind. ... show more

The flat top chicken run is not something I would recommend and you can see the pictures this was done just with a light rain

The coop went together fairly easily, looked good, and gave my six chickens plenty of room to run around. Then came the weather! On rainy days the fabric top gets filled with water and I have to push it out. Not too serious, but then it snowed. We had about an inch of heavy wet snow overnight. It collected on the mesh rather than falling through, and its weight collapsed the top of the coop. The front and back have horizontal poles linking the sides together, so they didn’t collapse, but the center has nothing like that, so the middle just flattened out. ... show more

This chicken run is great! It was pretty easy to put together- took about 4-5 hours with just one person. We did add 2 extra tarps and secured the zip ties with additional wire. We have a ton of foxes around property so we also added an electric fence to keep anything from digging under the bottom of the run. Honestly, the electric fence probably wasn’t necessary but we had it from our previous run so we used it.
