Customer service has been amazing to work with. The frame itself is indeed heavy/sturdy, as indicated by others. The vibration function is more intense than I was expecting. Overall this frame is a great value for money spent and would definitely recommend. Only bummer is the orange trim of the base, but we anticipate to mitigate through a side rail or sheets. Wish the legs had a little more height in the default package, but can mitigate through a 3rd party purchase on Amazon. ... show more

I have a split king size frames for a couple months. Everything works perfectly. The frames are heavy but relatively easy to assemble. Fits in my existing bed frame. The remote is not very intuitive. With some functions the up is left button and down is right button. With others, up function is upper button and down function is the down button. For the price though, I can happily deal with this. Delivery was a problem. First part arrived within couple weeks. Second one took almost a month to deliver so my return window was almost over before I even received the second part. ... show more

The lumbar is in the right place (many have it behind the shoulders), and the head tilt is a feature we've never seen in another adjustable bed - and we looked at a lot. This is fantastic! I've been wanting an adjustable bed for years and I am glad I got this one. I love the head tilt and lumbar support actually makes a difference. I can sit in bed and watch TV now and it's like sitting in a recliner. Everything is built solid. The massage works better than I expected. This thing is very heavy so 2 people is necessary to bring it in the house but only 1 person is needed to put it together. It is so simple to do. Stop scrolling and purchase this adjustable bed! We are getting up there in age and thought that this would be helpful for our old bones, we cannot say enough good things about this bedframe. Now we look forward to going to bed again lol the only thing that this is missing is the heat so we put a heating pad under our sheets. It is incredibly heavy, but very easy to assemble. I got a young fella to help me put the legs on and I did the rest of it. The motors and everything are attached to the bed. Nothing to do except put the wires together and plug it in, easy peasy, it took all of five minutes. It’s very sturdy and well put together. We have new flooring so I put some good furniture moving felt under each leg, there are six altogether on each single bed. The movements of head, feet, lumbar and head tilt is just what the doctor ordered! And coupled with the vibrating motors, and you are close to heaven. I haven’t the need to contact customer service but if I did, I would tell them that I am very happy with their product. We purchased the king split bedframe which is 2XL twins. The only critique that I would have is that there is no connecting hardware to keep the beds together. So I pulled out my toolbox and found some wire ties, underneath the bed I placed zip ties around each leg of both beds (a total of 3 coupled bed legs) which still allows separate movement. I would give it 10 out of 10 stars. My husband and I are old and now we’re having it fun in bed again 😎 ... show more

Product as described, easy to put together and deliver it earlier than expected. The only reason I did not give a five star is because I firmly believe there's always room from improvement. But this is pretty darn close to where it should be.
