Came in a box that was ripped open and then the parts were so broken we still dont know if we'll be able to put it together and use it. One of the parts was broken and wedged in and we had to pry it out. The other pole was fine and and slide in but one opening was so damaged we couldn't get the pole in. So disappointing because now if i have to return it, the box it came in is so damaged I'll have to fix the box or buy one for it. ... show more

This thing has been a great addition to my workout. Just like the one in the gym, you spend 10 minutes on this thing and your legs are burning. 🔥 the awesome part is the whole family can use it too my son that’s 11 and my partner who is 6 foot and I’m 5 foot! The reason I didn’t give it a five star is because the pedals rub up on the metal and now there are scratch marks and it is not as quiet as I was expecting. This is very loud slightly louder than a treadmill, but it’s not a bad thing and is holding up great. It is being used four times a week right now between me and my family. There are cables that you can adjust the resistance, but it’s a good enough workout without them after a few minutes 👍 ... show more

I bought this stair stepper to work out at home since I have small kids and it’s hard for me to go to the gym. It’s been perfect for me! The size is great, it doesn’t take up much space, and it’s super quiet I can even use it while my kids nap. The adjustable resistance makes the workouts more challenging, and I already feel stronger and more active. Easy assembly, although I mistakenly thought I was missing a part. There really isn't much to assemble. Took me longer to unpack it and read the directions. 2 disappointments. The computer is difficult to read - it's mounted very low, too low. Probably an easy fix to mount it on the horizontal handle bar. And the rubber cables won't be able to take the weather here in Phoenix. I was planning on using it on my newly decorated patio. So I started using it in front of my patio doors instead. 2 short workouts. Works very smooth, but there should be instructions on how to adjust the workout. There's nothing, zero, nada about that.
