A lot of desks in this price point come with sectioned desktops. This one is solid. The materials were great. Assembly was easy (took me about 40 min to put together). Desk height adjustments work fine. My biggest complaint is that the cord is so very short. You basically have to have a power strip mounted or right under the engine to plug this thing in. The cord should be a foot or so longer for those that just want to plug this into a nearby wall socket. ... show more

    • IMPORTANT NOTES ON RESETTING!
Huge thank you to the previous reviewer IndieCoder who shared this and saved me from thinking my desk was simply broken forever after only 4 months of use. sharing directly from their review because it solved my issue: RESETTING THE TABLE I didn't know this was a thing - the desk stopped going up and would only go down. I thought a relay broke or something like that. Incidentally I saw a wire was stuck in the frame at the bottom which may have thrown it off. It turns out that the table was unable to tell that it reached the bottom and needed to be "reset". To do that clear the obstructions (that wire) and keep the down button pressed. The desk will move slightly up and stop when the reset is done. The desk started moving up again after that. ... show more

    • Good for the price.. but it wobbles
The desk gets the job done and I’m able to use it with a treadmill to get my steps in while working. The first desk that was delivered was damaged in delivery and the same day customer service responded and had a replacement shipped out. I appreciate their attentiveness and fast response time. However, the desk wobbles, I’ve read that to be an issue with other customers. It doesn’t just happen when in the standing position, also when lowered. It can get annoying after a while and you can notice you mug of coffee shaking as you’re typing (not just when walking ). I’ve gotten used to the wobbling while walking as best I can, I sent a video to customer service via email 2 weeks ago and am waiting for a response. If I don’t hear back next week I will reach out to Amazon about my options. If it’s this uncomfortable now I can only imagine over time. It’s great if yours doesn’t wobble and if you don’t mind the slight wobbling this is good as a budget friendly standing desk, but be ready to feel as if you’re on a cruise and the desk is swaying. ... show more
