Pretty great set up for hodling heavier, odd shaped, long objects. Install was straight forward and pretty easy. Highly recommend having a digital level to make sure your lines up and down are straight, but I'm sure you'd be fine or close with a normal one. While it did incude anchor bolts, I wasn't going to chance it and went across 3 studs. 1 stud skipped a stud then third one. The hardware included is pretty solid and kind of idiot proof. You'll want to make sure you have a drill for pilot holes for the hexbolts, but thought it was really nice that they included the adapter to screw the hex bolts into the wall. I used a M12 impact drill on level 2 of 4 and went just fine without overdoing it into the wall. The arms are easy enough to install and might take 4 minutes to adjust if you wanted to after the fact. This freed up a lot of space in my garage, just haven't gotten around to putting the paddle boards up yet. I have a bunch of rakes and stuff filling out the bottom rows at the moment. The arms also have a plastic cushion facing the load/board, so it's nice that it won't get scratched and likely helps keep them in place. The arms are sturdy enough, but not super sturdy- I suppose you could fix that by tightening the wing nuts down a lot more, but I think its good to have some give on them. Really don't have anything bad to say about it! I installed it by myself in about an hour with the hardware included sans my drills and level. I installed mine pretty high off the ground too to keep it away from our tankless water heater and also enoguh space to put stuff below it. I have a wall mounted ladder nearby, but this would work really well if you had 4 kayaks and started with the base of the metal rods on or near the floor. ... show more

This 3-kayak holder is a solid solution for storing multiple kayaks in a compact space. Installation was straightforward and all necessary hardware was included in the box, which made setup easy. I didn’t even need to reference the instructions—everything went together intuitively. Once mounted, the rack feels very secure and stable, and I have no concerns about it holding the weight of three kayaks. That said, fitting three kayaks is a bit tighter than I expected. The product photo made it seem like there would be more vertical clearance between each rack level. While it technically fits three kayaks, you’ll need to do some careful maneuvering, especially if your kayaks are on the bulkier side. A few extra inches in height would have made a big difference in usability. Overall, I’m pleased with the build quality and functionality, and it’s definitely a space saver. Just be aware that the fit is snug. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because it wasn’t as tall or spacious as I was led to believe. ... show more

This rack is super easy to install, like under ten minutes. Best part is that all necessary hardware is provided, even a socket for your impact drill. Arms that attach to hold the kayaks are very durable and have a soft texture on them for grip and scratch protection. The arms are very easy to adjust as you just have to move two bolts which tighten down with wing nuts. I am very happy with this rack and would definitely recommend as it will be the last one you ever have to purchase. ... show more

Worked great. Honestly I was a bit skeptical that it would be able to hold my Vibe 13.5 but it held just fine. The only complaint I have is I wish my garage was about a foot taller. Shipped quick no complaints.
