This product arrived in a well packed carton and upon opening it, I was immediately ecstatic when I perceived how simple it would be to assemble and start working out with it. Once I spent just 15 minutes or so, I had this handsome unit in "up-and-running" condition. Being a health maintenance devotee for a long time, this bench product was acquired as a backup, interim home convenience to keep me adequately conditioned in between my weekly commercial gym visits. Turns out it was a great choice. As this product's seller's informative and thorough Amazon marketing webpage will attest, I was able to easily prepare myself in advance (before the actual product's delivery) for the setup and usage guidelines recommended to properly acclimate me to its many excellent features and benefits. This process included my perusing the many graphic photos and actual assembly diagrams that the vendor provided therein - - all of which facilitated and expedited my initial workout use of this product. As a longtime user of of weight and "resistance-type" training routines, I've had the opportunity to have used many similar-styled bench accessories like this one. Since this one was going into my home, I took extra precaution to target the best quality weight bench product - - for a good value price - - I could source...and Man, was I ever pleased with my decision to acquire this particular unit. Most evident is the quality of the fabric "upholstery" that comprise the "comfort" elements incorporated into this item. The heavy duty painted steel "skeletal" supporting structure is equally impressive in both its cosmetic appearance and usage. The hinges (and safety-lock pins) quality, as well as the fully adequate foot rest are similarly items one would readily associate with such a well conceived and fabricated product. One feature I particularly like are the welded "fluted-like-teeth" that make-up the quick incline/decline backrest adjustment mechanism whereby with just one virtually effortless hand movement, the backrest angle can be adjusted without any other additional safety securing method required. Just slightly elevate the hinged backrest, raise or lower it and plop it down into any one of the numerous notches embedded in the bottom frame's steel support post. "Easy-peasy" as the saying goes - - and it certainly applies in this instance. Another great feature of this 650 pound capacity bench is the simple fold-up nature of its inherent design by the manufacturer. Perfect for home usage is the welded-on handle suitable for carrying it once easily collapsed into a flat-shaped, easy to transport unit for storage (or whatever other needed movement is required). As a precaution, make sure to safeguard your hands and fingers when in this collapsed transport mode as the hinges and other such potentially hurtful mechanisms abound. Upon my checking other Amazon offerings at this time, this appears to be a great buy at the listed Amazon selling price at the time of this review as it appears to be on the low-to-medium part of the cost spectrum. I'm confident of a long and happy usage relationship with this item and accordingly afford this a full 5 stars rating. Easy setup and very nice to have in my home gym. Especially as i am getting older. I really appreciate the decent cushioning on the seat and the different angles on the chair allow me to do quiet a bit of different exercises with hand weights. Overall, i really enjoy having this bench in my home gym and would recommend this to anyone looking for one.

I have owned and used a lot of different benches, and am really fond of my IronMaster - but this foldable bench really helps save space now that I am in a smaller place. It is adjustable and comfortable, with both incline and decline settings. Highly recommend!

This bench was easy to install and it can be used by any size person. Itโs small enough to where it wonโt take up a lot of room, and itโs sturdy enough to get a full workout on it.

This weight bench requires no assembly. My husband had the box opened and the bench unfolded before I returned to the room. The back rest adjusts easily and has 8 different settings. The seat has three adjustment levels with a pin. The bench is a little more narrow than some. It is sturdy and folds for storage or moving making it handy for a home gym. I question the durability of the padding, but otherwise this is well made for a good price.

I'm so glad that I got this weight bench for my husband. Watching him lift weights got me lifting weights and now we do it together and it's a lot of fun. Especially when you start to see results. It was very easy to put together it was made of quality material very user friendly. It's sturdy I would recommend this to anyone looking for a weight bench. I would purchase again
