Life saver! Now that the kids went back to school, I needed something to quickly get their lunches ready without having to wait every morning for the oven to preheat and then cook (plus the energy consumption for just a couple of chicken strips or sausages). So this air fryer was the solution. I can get many different dishes fried/baked within minutes without having to be there turning them around like when I used to use a pan, and the best is, no extra oil is needed! It comes with a recipe booklet and all the instructions and cooking times for each kind of food. The inner tray is very easy to clean (it’s dishwasher safe, although I prefer to wash it by hand). The size is right for what I need it, but if you need to make more than 1.5 lbs of food at a time, I’d recommend a bigger air fryer. It also turns off automatically after 30 min, so the risk of burning something is low. So far, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

First regarding delivery. There was a mistake and I was actually shipped two of these in a large box. Amazon still ship them by USPS which I have requested they not do. I have a rural mailbox on a busy street where anybody could pick up my packages. This one was difficult to get into the car because if it’s size. Amazon refuses to follow my shipping instructions. Now! I love this product. It’s just big enough for a single person. This 2.1 quart air fryer is easily stored beside my cookbooks under my microwave. The premade frozen breaded foods I have tried, i.e. PF Chang’s green beans, Actually came out better because it seems, a lot of the oil dripped off leaving me with a thinner, tastier coating of batter. A boneless pork chop fillet was delicious. Heating up a piece of pizza, so much better. And best of all, there was practically no cleanup. At times I’ve been able to just wipe out the interior with a paper towel and rinse my grill. Still can’t imagine steak because I like it Pittsburgh rare or medium rare. Still have a lot to try so I will update. Update: for some reason the entire inside bottom grid has gotten rusty. I guess they didn’t coat it right. Since I don’t want to eat rust, I won’t be ordering another one

I bought one of these for our Christmas game gift, and then ordered one for myself later. This is a small air fryer and is the first I've used. I rarely fried anything, so I usually use it instead of baking my vegetables. It does a good job on chicken strips too. I just toss foods with a little bit of olive oil and whatever seasoning and then put them in the basket. This air fryer is much easier to clean than using a baking pan in the oven. The basket has a nonstick surface. It has a mechanical timer dial which is easy to use. I have the blue gray color, which is slightly more blue than the photo appears on my laptop screen and is an attractive neutral gray-blue. This is not a family size air fryer, better for one or two people. The only possible negative I see is that the temperature control has a maximum of 395 degrees, which is a little lower than some other air fryers. This hasn't been a problem for me so far. The price was good, too.

I have heard many people praise these devices, and after using a similar one I decided that the benefit of using one outweighed the expenditure in my tight budget. It has been a boon that has replaced my microwave for numerous purposes, and in concert with my rice cooker has made healthful meals a quick and simple task. I have been enjoying the experimental process, as I learn to use it. Far beyond fish and chips, without the need to clean the entire kitchen afterwards this has made my life much simpler and happier. I have expanded to dumplings, rangoon, Parmesan and schnitzel and eagerly look to he next result of my experimentations. I feel that I should mention that I have been mobility impaired as the result of a stroke, and have limited energy to cook and clean as I once did, and that my new little galley kitchen has no dishwasher, so that everything must be done by hand. This has largely eliminated my usage of multiple pans on my stovetop. But has yet to replace my cast iron skillet and tempered wok, but it makes fried tofu and chicken pakora a breeze. I strongly urge you to read the manual and abide by the precautions advised. I unplug mine after every use whilst I clean the basket. And only plug it in during prep time shortly before use.

Bought this for use on our semi and it does a great job! A great size for 1 person, but with patience it is decent for the 2 of us. If it breaks down due to the rough riding, would definitely just purchase this one again.

I didn't have very high hopes for this, having been told that, no, air fried food didn't taste like deep fried food, so I didn't expect I'd use it very often--Amazon had it for half the list price so I took a chance. First thing I made was frozen breaded cod filets and frozen seasoned fries. It's a small fryer so I did the two things separately--fifteen minutes each, stopping halfway through to turn or shake them. I have air fry cookbook that recommended getting a spray bottle for oil and spraying them at the beginning and in the middle of cooking, so I did. Everything came out perfectly. The fish tasted like fried fish, the fries tasted like fries. It's quick to use, and a breeze to clean, it doesn't take up a lot of space when not in use. I tried making fries with just a sliced up potato and they were considerably paler and plainer than the frozen ones, but they still tasted good. The basket is non-stick, and it's hard to know how long that kind of surface will last, but so far I'm having a very good time using this, and have recommended this unit to several family members.

I have a friend who swears air frying is the best. So, I finally caved and bought a cheap 2.1 qt. I have to say I'm impressed. It does what I thought it would and more. Cooks a mean steak! Better than I can do on the stovetop. Overall the best purchase I've made in a while. Takeaways: (1) It takes longer than I thought to cook something. This is not a microwave, so expect 15-20 mins or longer. (2) I should have bought a bigger one. 2.1 quart is tiny, probably a good thing potion-wise, but I have to cook some things in rounds, for a full meal. (3) Does better on fresh food than frozen. This one surprised me. I saw all these videos of people frying up french fries and other frozen things (shrimp, etc.), but its just not as good with frozen stuff. Overall you should get one!

So we used to have this huge Nuwave air fryer. We have a small space. It sat on top of the refrigerator and drove me crazy because we never used it. We don’t typically fry anything. However, I went on a plant-based diet and my husband is a meat eater. We soon figured out that reheating meat along with cooking vegetables. This thing rocked. It’s just the two of us. Small space fits on a shelf, clean super easy. I would recommend this to anyone who only needed small portions. Be great for somebody in a dorm room. It will go with me in the travel trailer.
