I bought this "used, but like new". It arrived used, like clearly dirty and covered in grease from the person before it. I packed it up to send it back, but decided that buying used means risks. I washed it, which was very easy. I'm assuming it was only used once, because a simple wipe with soap and hot water had it looking brand new. Happy I stuck with my gut, this thing is great. I really like this product. However, if you're more than 2 people in family, you need to get bigger version. It's perfect for me. The only problem I have is finding instructions how to clean the inside. Right now, I haven't added any oil though very little is recommended.

I bought one of these for our Christmas game gift, and then ordered one for myself later. This is a small air fryer and is the first I've used. I rarely fried anything, so I usually use it instead of baking my vegetables. It does a good job on chicken strips too. I just toss foods with a little bit of olive oil and whatever seasoning and then put them in the basket. This air fryer is much easier to clean than using a baking pan in the oven. The basket has a nonstick surface. It has a mechanical timer dial which is easy to use. I have the blue gray color, which is slightly more blue than the photo appears on my laptop screen and is an attractive neutral gray-blue. This is not a family size air fryer, better for one or two people. The only possible negative I see is that the temperature control has a maximum of 395 degrees, which is a little lower than some other air fryers. This hasn't been a problem for me so far. Returned two other large air fryer/toaster oven combos when trying to find a larger quantity air fryer. The combo units cost less but the air fry option was inadequate on both. They just don’t have enough force. Spend a little more and get this true air fryer if you need more room. Love it!

$100 and one year later and the basket's non stick coating has already started to chip. i wish there was a way to buy a replacement basket and not have to purchase a whole new set other than that, i enjoyed it
