I got this vacuum when we moved into a house with all hardwood throughout, as a better option than my corded heavy duty vacuum for carpets. I generally hate vacuuming but this unit makes it enjoyable and convenient. I find it lightweight and fairly quiet. I got the black colour because it was on sale and it looks very nice and modern as far as vacuums go. Battery life has been as advertised and the light is handy for darker spaces. After looking at several different options I decided on the Electrolux WellQ7. We have 4 indoor cats. There’s always cat hair and litter on the LVF. This vacuum gets all the litter along the baseboards and crevices. Does well on Berber carpet too! I wish it had a larger canister. The pet brush works amazingly well on the sofa and chairs! 7 months later and this is the worst vacuum ever! After cleaning the filter twice now, the vacuum stopped picking up any debris. We even let the foam filters dry outside. We live in the high deserts of Colorado where there is no humidity. I was going to return the vacuum then miraculously after a week sitting it started to work again. The latest problem is that the roller head has quit working. It comes on for a couple of seconds, then stops. It's fully charged. We can remove the handheld from the rest of it and it functions appropriately, but as soon as you place it back in the cradle to use as an upright, it stops. We have taken it apart and thoroughly cleaned it and locked it back into place. It still won't work. Customer service rep, Selena, was able to submit for a replacement. ... show more

It’s small and lightweight and I vacuum a lot more often because I don’t have to pull out my big upright every time. Suction is decent for how small it is and I like that I can leave it on the stick or pull off the handheld for smaller corners. The battery life is poor- you get about 10 or 15 minutes on a full charge. If there’s a recommendation on the page to bundle it with some green filters don’t fall for it - I did and those filters are twice as big as what you need. There are smaller blue ones that you want. When the filter is dirty the vacuum runs for a few seconds then will just shut off. I rinsed it with water once and that worked but the second time it wanted to be replaced. Is it worth the money? There’s probably something that’s less expensive that works as well, but I’m happy enough with it. ... show more

If you have gone through a series of budget stick vacuums like I have, do yourself a favor and get this one. First of all, it has a 22v motor. The budget models I've used until now have had 18v maximum. I noticed the difference the first time I used it! Despite being more powerful, it is actually quieter than the others I've tried. Cleaning is simple and easy, with a minimum of loose dust. I have four cats in a smallish apartment with partial carpet, and this picked up hair, litter, and kibble from hard floor and carpet. I wish I had gotten it before my last waste of money. One caveat: There is no text in the directions, although the illustrations are fairly easy to follow. Thankfully there are plenty of instruction videos on Youtube, so you can check there if you have issues putting it together or cleaning. I am a senior and wanted lightweight which this is. It also will stand upright when using and the charger doesn’t have to be wall mounted. Those were deal breakers in other brands. And I HAD to have a cordless. The onboard angled brush/wand is convenient but has a ridiculously small brush head. I think it’s only for blinds. I don’t think it will be very useful. I love the bright light to see the debris when cleaning. I like that it comes with a HEPA filter and that there are more ways built in to keep the dirt contained in the canister instead of getting outside. It is easy to empty and clean. You have to make sure the light comes on when putting it on the charger as it can appear it is connected but it’s not and will continue to run down. It takes hours to charge and will not continuously run long (about 15 min) but for my use it’s better than anything I researched. I returned a Shark. Loud, clunky, wouldn’t stand and required charger wall mounted. ... show more
