  • Great commercial vacuum for the money
Electrolux is the gold standard for vacuums and this one does not disappoint. As expected the function is superior than any other you'd purchase in a department store. But as an upright, it is cumbersome for trying to do stairs. No surprises with that. This vacuum has a dust cap that I was leery about getting, but makes emptying so much easier. ... show more

  • It is a strong, easy to use vacuum cleaner.
I use this vacuum for the first floor in my home. It moves over the floor so easy and cleans very well.

  • Solid Performance but Lacking in Features
The Eureka upright vacuum gets the job done, but it falls short in some areas. On the positive side, it effectively cleans my floors and carpets, leaving them noticeably fresh and dust-free. However, I can't ignore the fact that this vacuum lacks any special features. It's a basic model without any convenient additions like attachments or adjustable settings. Additionally, the weight of the vacuum is quite cumbersome, making it challenging to maneuver around the house. If you're solely looking for a vacuum that can handle basic cleaning tasks, this one will suffice. However, if you value additional features and ease of use, you may want to explore other options. Three stars. ... show more

  • Great!
This is my second purchase of the same product within a three month period. The vacuum works well. The extra-long cord is great as we clean a 25, 000 square foot building. We use this vacuum in a church building with volunteer workers who have been happy we have moved from units purchased at a department store for home use to commercial equipment. The band is thick. The housing is all metal. Most of the parts are metal. The vacuum is nice to look at and easy to move. It picks up trash and dirt extremely well. My only concern is with the dust cup housing and how it should be opened. While reading the instructions will help any individual solve this problem, using different workers each week isn't always the case, as they don't always read instructions. If the latches aren't opened properly, they can easily be broken. They are made of plastic. I tried to solve this by cutting out and laminating the visual instructions and attaching those instructions to the top of the vacuum housing. For that, I take away one star. Otherwise, I would recommend the dust cup. The latches haven't been broken as of yet. It is fairly simple to open, and a cup insert is easy to remove and empty. The vacuum is not too heavy and maneuvers easily and well into tight space such as pews, chairs, and under tables. I would highly recommend this product. ... show more

  • 50' cord is great to have
50' cord is great to have. We use this in a business. It has held up very well. The dust collector is easy to monitor and empty. Great value.

  • Unhappy with seller.
Though cheaply made, this vacuum worked good for 5 months until the motor blew up and no longer worked. My review is more about the seller, who has not returned my emails to replace or refund me for the vacuum.

  • Belts need replaced weekly.
I work maintenance at a hotel and we have these vacuums. They are nice and have a very long cord but they go through belts like crazy. Every vacuum needs a replacement belt at the end of the week. The swivel part where the handle meets the base is manufactured with poor quality and needed replaced on every vacuum. There is hardly a day that goes by where I don't have one of these in the maintenance room for repair. I would recommend getting a better model. They are easy to work on but it gets annoying fixing them everyday. ... show more

  • Best damn commercial vacuum ever
My normal supplier stopped selling these. That was stupid... now Amazon gets my money, even though they ship directly from the manufacturer. I don't care. These things are tanks! They also have and easy to dump the catch cup and take almost all of the same parts Sanitaire and Hoover have been using since before I was born. I hate the new "all plastic" models. This has a metal roller, a metal shell, and a metal handle... I've only had 1 motor burn out on 25 units in ten years... way better than most, I'd wager. No, they ain't cheap... but you will definitely get your money's worth. ... show more
