I've had this electric scooter for about a week now, and I'm very happy with it! The motor is powerful enough to take me around my neighborhood without any problems. The speed can reach up to 19MPH, which is perfect for speed commutes. The 21-mile range per charge is wonderful—I only need to charge it every couple of days of regular use. It's lightweight and easy to fold so that I can keep it in a small space. The tires are very solid, and the ride is super smooth. Also, the four speed modes are great for changing depending on where I'm headed. I also really like the double braking system and e-lock for added security. Please save yourself the headache at all costs. I purchased this scooter for my grandson, and both the product quality and the customer service have been an absolute nightmare. Within a short period of time, the scooter started having multiple issues: • The acceleration would randomly stop responding • The handlebars became loose while riding, which is a major safety concern • The app would not properly connect or function • The kickstand completely came off The most concerning part is that parts of the scooter literally began coming apart while my grandson was riding it. At that point, this stopped being an inconvenience and became a serious safety issue. Trying to get help from the seller has been beyond frustrating. Instead of resolving the problem, they continuously ask the same questions over and over, request photos repeatedly after they’ve already been provided, and keep shifting the conversation instead of offering an actual solution. The entire process feels like a delay tactic rather than genuine customer service. For the amount of money spent, I expected a safe, reliable product and professional support if issues came up. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite. I would not recommend this scooter or this seller to anyone. ... show more

The kids LOVE this. Good break and speed control, lights and has a bell. Super fun and battery lasts a long time! Like all day. Built solid, quality materials. Good price point. They are meant for older kids and adults, it seems but my tiny 8 year old has mastered it. Definitely ride with a helmet.

Very easy setup. The screws in the handlebars like to wiggle themselves loose which can get a little scary at higher speeds. Update: hasn't even been a month and have lost 3 screws for the handlebars.
