I bought this scooter like a month ago and have been riding it and I really enjoy it. It is fun to ride. Seems very well-made and has a very bright headlights. And goes up to 40 mph I lost the keys to my storage compartment and reached out to customer service about it and they’re gonna send me out a replacement. Awesome customer service awesome scooter. Just received my scooter with a flat rear tire pumped it up tire is flat in 2 days time I slid the handle bars up and the led lights stopped working on the left side this is the. Second m5 pro I've purchased the first one had issues with the motor wired burning up where they plug into the controller took a month to get replacement parts ... Not very happy ... show more

This scooter only comes with instructions for use, no assembly instructions. They weren't left out, int seems they're just not included. Also, no link for an assembly video. How am I to assemble this? I'm certain I could guess, but that could create a safety issue if I guess wrong. This is a bad start. ... show more
