I had high hopes for this product based on other reviews. But within a week of ownership, it hardly works because the safety sensor keeps turning off the heater or doesn’t even allow to turn it on without us tilting it back and placing a shim to keep it tilted. We can’t use the swivel because that also then turns off the heater. I’m hoping the product maker will see this review and send us another one because of course we no longer have the box it came in to be able to ship it back. ... show more
