It will occasionally drip water from the bottom when I am pouring, I am not sure exactly where it is coming from but it is not a significant bother. The only thing that I would change about the kettle is the volume - it only holds enough water for approximately 1.5 mugs. I saw mixed reviews but after using this, I’m obsessed. It heats up incredibly fast, comes with instructions on how to clean it properly, and does not have that metal taste some kettles can give off. It turns itself off once it’s fully heated. The noise can be slightly loud but the noise it makes is way better than hearing the screeching of a regular kettle. Worth every penny. ... show more

Water sometimes leaks through the bottom. There’s even rust forming in the ridge where the top and bottom are supposed to be sealed, so obviously the manufacturing isnt the best

The media could not be loaded. Purchased 3/24 based off overall reviews. I’ve used three times, noticed small amounts of water pulling at the bottom of the kettle base. Initially thought it could be my doing, today I ensured everything was dry before I used it, unfortunately when I picked the kettle up and saw water pulling again at the bottom, I hit the gold switch to see if that was the culprit and boiling water came pouring out directly under the Switch and on to my hand. Definitely a dangerous defect that can cause injury. I cannot return mine because I’ve had it for 2 1/2 months but I’m cautioning anyone else going forward to buy it.
