    • The remote and lights that are controlled by the remote don’t work

The media could not be loaded. After being out in the heat and getting these around the pool I realized only one part of the lights worked. The part controlled by the batter box are all that worked. The strip that is supposed to be controlled by the remote don’t work at all. I am not sure if it is the light strip or the remote. I drove over to the store and paid for another battery to then drive back home and realize that even after trying a different battery the strip still did not work. I got know where with customer support other than being told there was no option for a replacement and I have to return the item and then they will issue a refund. But I can go on Amazon and literally order the item again. The customer service rep had no clue what he was even talking about and I have had multiple issues with Amazon selling and shipping Defective or broken items and I have gotten very tired of of Amazon and paying them money and receiving broken or damaged items. ... show more
