The size is medium, I believe it can get crowded but I mean most incubators do that when all ducklings hatch! This seems to be a handy hatching set-up. It comes with all the little bells and whistles - auto turner, candles, water top-up, thermometer. It seems to be of good quality material and the instructions are easy enough to follow - the practice run went well. I am hopeful this will be a new go-to tool.

For what I paid for it, it worked well. Easy set up and go. Had to get a humidity gage for the inside. Overall, good deal.

The water reservoirs led to a large leak of water, so we are now being a bit careful, and only using outside. The movement is obviously happening as the #s we put on eggs are rotating, though we are never lucky enough to see it happen. Temp seems pretty stable, but our outside temp and humidity is relatively close to the desired #s, so not too sure how it would handle a cold environment. For the price, it seems fair utility. Directions are a bit sparse, so some pieces are never discussed (a small black cup, for example). Excited to see what the end result is...will update in 16 days as chicks will hopefully emerge!

I recently got this chicken incubator and I really love it. It is super easy to setup. And I love the automatic egg turning feature. It rotates the eggs every two hours, ensuring each egg receive even amount of heat. That is life safer for me because I don’t need to turn the eggs manually. The built-in egg candler is a fantastic addition. It makes it easy to check the development of the eggs without having to open the incubator, which helps maintain the optimal temperature and humidity. I can setup external water top-up feature. I can just adjust it without disturb the eggs. I also love day counter that helps me keep track of incubation period easily. The transparent top cover is perfect for observing the hatching process, and it's great for educational purposes. My kids love watching it. Overall, it is reliable and user-friendly incubator.
