Hay guys I am jennie , where to start well ,i bought 13 incubators in the last year .keep giving away and buying.could not control the temp or humidity and out 30 to 40 eggs only 4 to 7 hatched so got rid of all incubator and bought 3 of these. temperatures stay at 99.9 to 101 and my humidity stays at 55 to 60 frist 18 days. and now at lock down I keep it at 65 to 71 ,now I will say I put just a teaspoon of water in each and it goes to 52 to 53 .now what I do is open the draw and take the little spray bottle that came with the set up. I give it 1 or 2 squirts not a full squirt then shut draw and humidity stay at 65 to 70 no problem very simple. I love these incubators and all of my 30 eggs right now are moving and ready to hatch .I am going to have a very good hatch rate and I am going to buy one more of these incubators .so my opinion is it is the best incubator out there I spent thousands of dollars i know.so guy go buy one you won't regret it .good luck jennie.

Wow—this incubator is everything I hoped for and more! From the moment I set it up, I was impressed. It’s smart, incredibly user-friendly, and built with thoughtful features. The instructions are crystal clear, with pictures that make setup a breeze—even for a first-timer. I set the temperature to 99.4°F (setting +/- increment of 0.5°F steps), and within about 12 minutes, it was fully preheated with water inside. At first, the temp fluctuated a bit (my room was a chilly 60°F), but the manual had the perfect solution: use the included foam box for insulation. I’m so glad I didn’t throw it away—once I placed the unit in the foam, the temperature locked in beautifully at 99.3°F and stayed there! The built-in alarm is a lifesaver. If the temperature goes out of range, it beeps to alert you right away—huge peace of mind. And let’s talk features—this thing is loaded! It can hold up to 36 eggs (yes, 36!) and includes a built-in egg tester for candling—just press a button and shine the light through the egg to check progress. So cool! It also has an automatic egg-turner that gently rotates the eggs on its own—no manual flipping needed. Total game changer. Wanted to love this incubator! The size and being able to open the lid without worry is amazing... however, I ran it for 2 days and the temp is all over the place. I sat 6 different thermometers inside, and the temps would go up to 103 in one corner, and the others would be around 100-101, with the incubator saying 98.9. Doesn't matter where I set the incubator, that one corner goes up to 103 and the others stay in the 100-101. I've moved the thermometers that I put in around and every time that one corner goes up. I haven't worked as hard on the humidity but that's a little off as well. Since there's no vents, the only way to keep that steady is to leave the water tray slightly cracked open. I really wanted to love this one.

After fully reading the instructions most, if not all, of the issues mentioned in other reviews are easily addressed. It can hold up to 36 regular chicken eggs but not XL eggs. I was able to fit 56 Serama eggs in the incubator just fine. I had no issues with stable temperatures or humidity. There is a guide that explains how to use the tray to control the humidity, I just had to experiment with the settings for my climate and natural humidity. Overall I like the incubator and will be keeping it. I was even able to hatch guinea fowl eggs just fine and without any losses.

Don’t know if I love or hate this incubator. To start off with, the incubator does not come with adjustable temperature or humidity level. Unfortunately the openings on the side are big and the quails feet will slide in and get cut up by the fan. Will definitely have to improvise and put some type of mesh to avoid this from happening (I put some napkins in the meantime). However, if you have prior knowledge in incubating eggs then it is fairly easy to keep the humidity level at a certain percentage. I ran mine at 55-60% humidity by only slowly adding water to the middle row up until day 18. On day 18 I slowly added water to get the humidity at 70-75%. The temperature is pretty much preset at 100.2, I wasnt able to change it. Other than that, I like that you can fit up to 36 eggs and the rotator works great. I moved my hatched quails to a different incubator, as I didn’t want anymore to get injured by the fan.
