I wrote a critical review because I couldn't adjust the temperature and humidity but after watching a video I realized you have to press the control button release then press the plus or minus to adjust. So far this machine is great, the only negative I see is there is no way to manually adjust the humidity. I like to keep my humidity at 60% and this automatically stays at 73%. I put this to use and it was horrible, I followed the instructions and recommended water usage in the trays and at day 19 humidity started climbing way up on day 21 humidity was at 100% and the chicks that had pipped had drowned and also the the heat was at 72 degrees Fahrenheit. I lost all 32 viable babies. This is my small business and not only losing my chicks I just lost $320. I do not recommend this machine nor will I ever buy from this company again.

Used 24 hours. It run 3 degrees hotter which probably made all my eggs unhatchable. So upset. I love the top loader being light and easy to see. Water area is excellent. Vents too big and low so chicks can get legs caught/break. Very quiet. The light to candle eggs is pointless as its not bright enough. The bottom of light is too narrow like a funnel so you cannot even see in a quail egg which is super thin. Will update if any hatch.

This is the granddaddy of all incubators. Prior to this, I had a 21 egg incubator that was kind of old school and inconsistent with humidity. This one holds a ton of eggs and is pretty much set it and forget it. The humidity sits at 50% without any water and it holds temperature consistently. The last three days, the turning mechanism pulls out easily so that the eggs don’t turn. Build quality is great - no complaints.

This is a really nice incubator. I left the turning racks out and it holds a bunch of eggs. Been going for several days and holding everything perfectly. I really like 2 features better then my other 6 incubators. The water goes into a slide out tray from the bottom. The lid opens on a hinge system instead of having to take it completely off and find somewhere to set it.

I am a first time egg hatcher and wanted to provide some options on keeping humidity around 60%. Our incubator holds humidity at around 70-73% when filling the water tray per the directions. You cannot adjust a humidity setting on this incubator and 70% is too high for the first 18 days. I have been putting the smallest splash of water in the center tray to keep humidity around 60% and I check our incubator around three times per day. If it's too high, I open the lid. If it's too low, I add another small splash of water to the tray. Another option would be to try and cut up a small sponge and leave it inside the incubator. I didn't try that yet. It would be worth setting up your incubator 48 hours before you get your eggs and practicing adjusting the humidity. I really like the size and remaining functionality of the incubator. The alarm is a nice feature. It would be much nicer if you could set the humidity level rather than adjusting it manually.

Wanted to love this incubator! The size and being able to open the lid without worry is amazing... however, I ran it for 2 days and the temp is all over the place. I sat 6 different thermometers inside, and the temps would go up to 103 in one corner, and the others would be around 100-101, with the incubator saying 98.9. Doesn't matter where I set the incubator, that one corner goes up to 103 and the others stay in the 100-101. I've moved the thermometers that I put in around and every time that one corner goes up. I haven't worked as hard on the humidity but that's a little off as well. Since there's no vents, the only way to keep that steady is to leave the water tray slightly cracked open. I really wanted to love this one.

Wow—this incubator is everything I hoped for and more! From the moment I set it up, I was impressed. It’s smart, incredibly user-friendly, and built with thoughtful features. The instructions are crystal clear, with pictures that make setup a breeze—even for a first-timer. I set the temperature to 99.4°F (it adjusts in 0.5°F steps), and within about 12 minutes, it was fully preheated with water inside. At first, the temp fluctuated a bit (my room was a chilly 60°F), but the manual had the perfect solution: use the included foam box for insulation. I’m so glad I didn’t throw it away—once I placed the unit in the foam, the temperature locked in beautifully at 99.3°F and stayed there! The built-in alarm is a lifesaver. If the temperature goes out of range, it beeps to alert you right away—huge peace of mind. And let’s talk features—this thing is loaded! It can hold up to 36 eggs (yes, 36!) and includes a built-in egg tester for candling—just press a button and shine the light through the egg to check progress. So cool! It also has an automatic egg-turner that gently rotates the eggs on its own—no manual flipping needed. Total game changer.
