I've been using this chair as my primary remote WFH office seating for the past few weeks. Very comfy as many others have commented. No issues or complaints for sturdiness and support of my 250 lbs. Fairly easy to assemble with necessary tool(s) included. Good value when compared to others with similar construction and features. Highlights: - Customer Service was remarkably responsive when I requested the available hard floor casters. Had them in hand within a week. Assuming the same would've been true for the also available extended lifter. - Fully padded arms. They're not adjustable, but the padding more than makes up for that..for me. - Firm, supportive seat bottom isn't as cushy as it appears to be but feels like it will stand up over time. - I'm not intending to use the footrest but it looks sturdy enough. It's kinda short for me, @ 5'-11" it hits on my calves. - Recline feature worked well for me once I got it adjusted to the right tension level. I only use it as a slight rock-back recline. Not sure how long the springs, etc. would hold up under constant full reclining. - Seat materials are soft & supple. Hopefully they'll hold up over time. I need to consult with the manufacturer regarding conditioning and care for this type of material. - The loose lumbar pillow was okay as-is other than being loose. I repurposed and attached thru the mid-top cushion to serve as a headrest (see photo). This works great for me and brings needed relief from the neck fatigue and stress I sometimes experience since my cervical spine surgery.

Update** The company reached out to help me with the seat cushion issue and was really great to work with! They were very responsive and i appreciate their customer service. All in all I think it's a great quality, wide seating and I feel it will last. I am still using this chair daily for work and it already seems to be a better quality then most chairs I've tried in the past. Original review** I was super excited to get this chair. It took over a month to receive. Nice material and the great is almost a beige grey. Which I like. The cushion is where I was disappointed. It is not soft, actually fairly hard considering it looks very comfortable. I do like how it reclines, and how wide the seat is, I like the back width for comfort or getting comfortable while working from home. But the seat cushion is hard enough that I will need to get something to help with the pressure it is causing. I was really hoping to have a bit more comfort especially paying over $250.00 for it. I thought about returning it but I will give it a little bit more time to see if I can deal with the hardness. If you like a stiff seat then this would be great for you. If you want fluffy and comfort, personally it's not that for me.

I am writing this review after having this chair for an entire year. This chair looks exactly as advertised. It is quite large. I'm 5'7" and 175 pounds and I can easily sit cross legged in it. It's well cushioned, in my opinion, and the pillow is nice for lumbar support. I appreciate that I can recline but I can also lock the back if I don't want to recline. The arm rests are also well padded and quite tall, so I can rest my elbows on them as I type. I have two cats who love to sleep on the chair and so far the material has held up to their claws exceptionally well without a single scratch. It is quite tall as I'm 5'7" and my feet barely reach the ground but you can reach out to the manufacturer for a shorter base once you've purchased the chair if you'd like one. Unfortunately, I experienced a manufacturers defect with one of the wheels which broke off at a welded point mid-Zoom call with a client. I have a sense of humor so I can appreciate how hilarious it was when I slowly fell backwards, on camera, and then had to claw my way back up to standing and lift this big chair up 🤣 I reached out to Efomao and they immediately FedEx'd me an entire new base for my chair, no questions asked. One thing to note, the email listed on Amazon ([email protected]) came back as undeliverable because it doesn't exist. This is also the email listed on their website. I found the email address [email protected] mentioned in a review thread and got a response back from that one within 24 hours. So if you do have an issue, use the [email protected] email address, NOT the one listed on Amazon. Their service was exceptional, just another reason for the 5 star review.

This chair is seriously comfortable. It comes with a pillow for your lumbar support and the hand rests are lower than other chairs which is really nice. The chair can lay almost all the back and there is a foot rest extender, perfect for taking naps during lunch at break. This chair definitely works better if you are not sitting at a desk upright all day but one you can lounge back in. The color is spectacular and goes with everything (I got the grey). And I love the soft leather feel. The armrests are removable if you are sitting at a desk (how I have mine). It also goes up and down (height) very easily and rolls nicely with 5 wheels. Additionally, it has a wide seat so I can sit cross-legged with no issues. The installation was fairly easy and took me about 30 minutes or less to do by my self. The instructions and parts were laid out well. The chair was packaged nicely and secure. Overall a great product. I did have to use customer service and they were prompt, friendly, and very accommodating.

Update 2 months after the purchase. This chair makes so many loud creaky noises. It is incredibly annoying, especially when I am on conference calls. I have tried to WD40 it, but I cannot figure out where to add it. Decreasing from 5 stars to 3 stars because it is seriously the loudest chair I have ever had. This was easy to put together, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I wear loose sleeves, and mine kept getting caught on the arm rests of my previous chair, which drove me crazy. As I was looking for chairs with arms that go all the way to the back, I found this one, which has a wider seat for criss-cross sitters (that's me) and the foot rest. Wow, what a nice feature! I will use the footrest often, because it is probably better for my back than sitting criss-cross! The cushion thickness is average, but I went from a mesh hard chair to this, so it's an improvement. It was easy to assemble. VERY easy. I'm 50+, in so-so shape with some back issues, and I did it in less than an hour. This checked all my boxes: arm rests that don't catch long sleeves, great back support, comfortable, easy to adjust, foot rest, wide seat for criss-cross. I ordered the beige color and it fits nicely in my office, which is white and gray. The beige has a gray hue to it. Very nice.

This is by far the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. The multi layer level of support cushion is great on lumbar support and the extra pillow is great too. I love the leg extension as well - I work from home 40+ hours a week and have a sit/stand desk. I move from cross legged position to legs outstretched to feet on the ground rotation with this chair. It’s a great investment and the upgraded wheels they send if you email them are smooth and look nice too. I love how spacious and massive the chair is. Multiple coworkers have asked me about it and have even purchased it themselves!

I was SO excited to get this chair. I work in customer service from home. Sitting for 8-10hrs per day. I had been using my 5 yr old desk chair and the cushion was not cutting it. I needed higher back and wider seat. The footrest option for this chair was attractive. It was easy to put together but you may need a second person when you get to the part of putting on the seat back …someone to hold the back while someone does the screws. HOWEVER the seat. The main character. Lordy b…nice and firm but the design is awful. Take a good look at the seat cushion area and how the seams and stitching is designed. The cushions press into my thighs and rear because of the seam going right down the middle. It’s so bad I had to buy an additional cushion to sit on. I was so excited to get this darn chair I tossed the box and did not feel like dismantling and sending back. Other than that the width and height is great. I am 5’5” woman. Size is w when I bought it. Now a size 6/8. Still hurts to sit in it. Purchased September 2023.
