This is by far the best office chair that I have ever owned. The first white "leather" chair that I had peeled and looked dirty easily. It not only needed replacing quickly, but this one is far more comfortable with greater quality. I keep my feet on the former slanted board, so I rarely pull out the built-in footrest. I consistently use the little pillow that accompanied the chair behind me for my lower back. Though I'm short and weigh just over 100 pounds, I still enjoy the high back and chair's shape. It also rolls easily on my plastic mat or on the wood floor. In spite of spending hours at a time here, I never tire of the comfortable style. Therefore, whatever I paid was definitely worth taking a chance on ordering it (without trying it out first, though I had tested quite a few). It would work just as well with someone over twice or up to four times my size, as advertised. So far, I've been very pleased with how great it continues to feel and look, and I'm particular.

I purchased this Efomao Ergonomic Office Chair back in July 2025 and waited to write a review until I could give a long-term assessment, and I'm really impressed with this chair. It's genuinely comfortable, and I appreciate that the black PU leather material of the chair looks much nicer and more expensive than its price point suggests. The chair has a very roomy seat and great ergonomic features, including the adjustable height, adjustable armrests, and lumbar support. The back reclines significantly, and the footrest is retractable, making it perfect for those moments when I need to lean back and relax. The integrated headrest is comfortable, too. I'm 5 feet tall, and the chair was a bit too high for me, even at the lowest setting. I reached out to customer support, and they immediately offered a fix by sending a shorter gas cylinder and upgraded rubber wheels. The supportive customer service, ensuring that I got a perfect fit and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase, really confirmed my choice. Overall, this is a comfortable, quality chair with excellent adjustability and support.

It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. The chair is super comfortable and easy to relax in. The leg rest is awful and feels like its about to break. I think that the chair is alright for $200, but the leg rest makes it not worth. The purple also almost looks like its grey instead of a light purple, but the color wasn't a big deal to me.

Having found this chair, I can finally correct the mistake of buying a $$$ "gaming" chair years ago. I've only had it for 24 hrs. and If anything changes I will return and update this review; but so far: The quality of the stitching/sewing is very good. I would of preferred cloth over the faux leather but that's what seat covers are I guess. It's very comfortable so far. With my height, the leg support is something I was worried about, but it extends far enough out that there isn't any uncomfortable pressure points. It's quite comfortable. Overall, it seems to be a sturdy, quality, good looking chair. I've seen similar chair with a lower price tag, but I'm not disappointed with this purchase.
