I cannot really contest to the sturdiness of these umbrellas…yet. I will have to come back to that once they are used on a rainy windy day because we have extremely strong wind gusts during storms. Most often, just about any umbrella we’ve ever owned has turned itself inside out during such. So we go through a lot of umbrellas. I bought everyone in the household their own umbrella just because it was time to replace the old ones. These seemed like a good deal. We’ll see if they withstand the test of that gusty wind.

It only has a 2 inch smaller diameter than a normal umbrella, but the length when folded up is 4 or more inches shorter. I bought to put in my backpack when I walk to work just in case. I've used it a few times now and it works great.

The peacock print is blue and not green as advertised. There is only a tiny sliver of green in the whole design. I ordered this to match my bag but it clashes. Edit: I was issued a refund

After using this umbrella through a couple storms I can say it’s a great umbrella. It’s folds up to a nice and compact form and with a press of a button it opens up. No need to manually push it open. The only con is the size when it’s open. I wish it was a bit bigger in size. It feels like it’s in between a kids umbrella and a regular umbrella in size. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

I was looking for fun printed AND sturdy umbrellas and found these! These were helpful in the hot California sun. I like that the umbrella ends aren’t so sharp like other umbrellas and user friendly to open and close. I purchased 4, and a hinge broke on 2 of them. I reached out to customer service and Nancy is easy to work with and timely in her communication, and the company provides a lifetime warranty on your purchases. They are in the process of replacing the 2 umbrellas with the hinge issue. Thank you!
