We pulled it out of the well, and the motor was full of water and shorted out. This product is JUNK and so is customer support. After days of getting the materials to set it up and doing the set up the product worked for an hour before it stopped working. Customer service is no help at all. Since it provides water to our livestock we had to get a replacement and we are now going on weeks trying to get help from customer service so we bought a small cheap pump from harbor freight. It works 10 times better than their terrible products. Save a headache and money and AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. ... show more

Both pump and panels seem well built, set up was easy, started working right away. I had a minor issue with one of the parts and the company promptly addressed it. Everything is back in order and doing great! Highly recommend, I think this is the best bang for your buck, and is still great quality.

First it took 3 weeks to get possibly all the parts as some of the packaging was just an Amazon bag and was damaged. I didnt get the pump or a controller. The pump would have been too big to be in the bag I got. The pump had to be sent to me 3 times, although they couldn't provide a tracking label for the first 2 and the original tracking number they gave me isn't a FedEx, UPS, or USPS number. They claim it was sent back as a wrong address yet the the solar cells arrived the first time. Second, The pump pulls 5-10 times the power as the solar puts out, so don't expect much run time and you will probably have to charge your battery in between uses. The whole setup is underpowered, you probably need 8-10 solar panels for this to be practical. Third, the amount of back and forth with their customer service is rediculous to get all the parts... or maybe I got all of it, they never told me what all was shipped, just kept asking me what I didn't receive. ... show more
