Being used as a final stage septic lift pump. Lifting treated sewage 30ft elevation. Drain field has very high resistance so this unit is building a lot of pressure. This is my second pump from this company. The first has been running fine for 6 months. This one, on the other hand died after being installed for 5 weeks. Not sure if the good one or bad one is the anomoly.....I am sure I paid too much for a pump that only lasted 5 weeks! Edit: the company replaced the defective pump and it is now working fine.
