This is my third pump i ordered from Amazon, first one was is an opened box dirty and filled with water so i returned it, got the second pump installed it and it did not work. when i baught this and open the box i saw how well made and heavy it was as compared to the last one. i installed this turned it on after priming and within 30 seconds it pumped the water from the well and established pressure. its only been a couple of days but the pump is working great. if your looking for a pump for a small house i highly recommend this well built quality product. Also it runs very quiet.

Using for off grid cabin. Tried small 12V pumps and they just could not keep up. Couldn't justify the expensive pumps for seasonal use, but this pump is perfect! Self contained pressure tank that keeps it from running everytime we open a faucet or flush a toilet. Provides enough water flow to run two showers with no pressure drop... it just works. It does pull about 1.2 kw spike when running, but only has to run for 10 seconds or so depending on current water draw. Highly recommend this pump... customer service even replied quickly with steps needed to winterize when we close at the end of the season.

This is a well built, versatile pump for the money. I would suggest using brass 1" MIP or FIB fittings in lieu of the plastic ones provided when connecting your inlet out outlet ports. The pump has an automatic shut off feature which does come in handy if you run out of water if this pump is connected to a supply tank. Although I had a technical issue w/ the pump, it was easily resolved through customer service and promptly resolved.

The pump works well as long as you keep the garden hoses limited. Meaning: I tried to hook up two 25 foot hoses to reach some distant trees and it overwhelms the pump quickly. It does shut off when it over heats which is good but I suggest keep it to a short distance and try not to push it very far from the water source. I was able to water the trees using the two hoses but it kept cutting off until it cooled off. It works well just don't push it too hard. It was easy to prime and set up. The attachments it came with did fit a standard garden hose I like that.

WARNING Do not purchase this pump ! ! ! I purchased this pump to do a simple swap out of my old pump that was starting to fail, I unplugged my old pump, cut out the piping replaced all the piping to this pump, plugged it in purge the air out of the pump as per the instructions, turned it on and nothing happened. It wouldn’t run right out of the box. Contacted the company on their email address stated what happened 24 hours later they sent me an email back that said I needed to send them a video and my Amazon purchase number to get a resolve. within an hour I sent them a short video showing them. The pump would not run and sent them my Amazon purchase number as requested. I have not heard back from them and it’s been four days now worst customer service ever. I live in Arizona and it’s 110 every day and I have been without water for over two weeks now because of this defective pump and their poor customer service.

We live on an old farm with an artisian spring as our water supply. Sometimes in late summer, we run low on water, which is bad because we also raise a lot of our own food in the garden. This year I installed storage tanks to fill with water in the spring, when we have more than enough water. I use this pump to send water from the storage tanks to our raised garden beds, about 150 feet distance, with an elevation gain of about 15-20 feet. Works perfectly!

Pulled out my shallow well pump and installed this thing. So far it works great. I made the mistake of trying to install some sediment filters before the pump. It didn't work. Then I installed the filters on the pressure side of this pump. No dice there as well. They need to be at the point of use. So please take my two days of work for your benefit. It does not take long for this pump to come up to pressure. Maybe like 15 seconds for my system. Its small though.
