The battery is great. However the lights on top and the Bluetooth adapter will turn off if not actively used for more than about 3 minutes. Which makes the bluetooth less than useful. I got in touch with tech support and they offered compensation for the inconvenience. Just know that the Bluetooth is going to turn off. You will have to press the button to turn that circuit back on to see the charge state or use the Bluetooth adapter. All in all I like the battery.

Not my first LiFePO4 battery. Ordered 2 of these and here are the list of issues. 1. Showed up Late with no specific timeline on delivery date 2. One was broken, batteries are cased in poor plastic material and not suitable for applications that require it to be mounted and installed. 3. Second battery will not charge fully and stayed at 50% 5. Care takes days to respond. They refunded one battery and wanted to send me a better charger for the 2nd one. I continued to be patient and finally called them, the rep sent me a replacement and asked to send one to the batteries back, one day before delivery, THEY CANCELLED THE DELIVERY IN ROUTE and sent me a message on Amazon that I had to send the battery back first. I called Amazon and got my refund, they sent me a nasty message about what a terrible person I am for keeping the 2 bad batteries and now will not ship another one even if I paid full price . Bottom line is, you can take my advice or deal with this horrible experience

The product came fast no damage,but when I did a Capacity test. It did not get to the 260 ah rating it was close 258ah. I reached out to the seller the told it was hard to Match cells and it was close enough . For just a few bucks short of a thousand dollars I think you should get what you pay for. I'm a little disappointed.
