I bought this 34R battery to replace an Odyssey 34R battery. I was worried that the Interstate battery wouldn’t fit correctly in the Odyssey battery holder, but it fit perfectly. In fact with both batteries side by side it looks like they are from the same manufacturer. Every indentation and crease is identical when comparing both batteries. The only difference I could see are the colors and branding. Both are probably manufactured by Johnson Controls.

The battery worked great for 2 months, then started draining overnight. I searched for a component draining my battery but amp draw was minimal. Installed a new battery because interstate battery warranties are submitted through third party mechanics that won’t honor the warranty if they did not sell it. Battery had terminals that were not standard size, causing a looser fit on the clamps. I would not recommend this battery to anyone.

This battery is a must for vehicles with stop/start technology. I installed it in a 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI and it fit perfectly. The 900 CCA rating gives it plenty of power. It was also 15% cheaper online than in the local auto store.
