Installed in a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban. The old battery has to be layed on it's side and then pulled out from the front, due to idiotic positioning by GM engineers. New battery has to be installed the same way - layed down and once in place, stand it up. Fits and works with no issues. Very heavy battery - hopefully it will last as promised. ... show more

Caveat: I purchased this June 13, 2016, for a total delivered cost of $219.99. Four stars is contingent on this price. Review should be disregarded completely if cost increases. Received this surprisingly quick in California about 2 days after ordering, as it shipped from Arizona. Arrives in a box that is labelled 'EXIDE'. It fit into my Boxster S without issue. This 800 CCA battery's vent port is on the driver's side, while the OEM's port was on the passenger side. I will need to get a few feet of hose extension and an joiner to complete the installation properly - delay is not an issue since the last battery was installed by a certified AAA towing service and they neglected to connect the vent, something I didn't notice for several months!! Looks like this do-it-myself task saved me about $150 since a German Auto specialty shop quoted $366 installed for a lesser 720 CCA battery, before including CA tax! Well here is hoping the battery lives up to expectations of providing twice the useful life despite my Boxster's penchant for vamping it while not being started for several days. I suspect this is due to the anti-theft alarm system with its proximity sensor and blinking red LED. ... show more

Bought this to replace my factory Mopar battery since it was coming up on 7 years of age. Usually I change my batteries at the 5 year mark because I drive and travel a lot and tend to run accessories on my vehicles. It came days before I expected it, it was nicely packaged and the install was easy. For anyone who isn’t handy it may take a bit to remove and install, but if youre an avid DIY’er or a technician or a mechanic then it shouldn’t take you more than 8-10 minutes to swap out. ... show more
